ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಆಗಲಿ ಅವಮಾನ ಆಗಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಕೆಲಸ ಸಿಗುವವರೆಗೂ ಕೆಲಸ ಬಿಡಬಾರದು. ಗೆಳೆಯನೊಬ್ಬ ನಿನ್ನೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಬಹಳ ಬೇಜಾರಾಗಿದ್ದ. ಆಫೀಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮೋಷನ್ ಸಿಗ್ತಿಲ್ಲ, ಸಂಬಳ ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಆಗ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್ ಅವಮಾನ ಮಾಡ್ತಾನೆ, ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಹುರುಪಿಲ್ಲ, ಕೆಲಸ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡಬೇಕು ಅಂತಿದ್ದೀನಿ ಅಂತ, ನಿನ್ನ ಸಲಹೆ ಏನು ಅಂತ.
ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಕೆಲಸ ಬಿಡಬೇಡ. ಹೊಸ ಕೆಲಸ ಸಿಗುವರೆಗೂ ಕೆಲಸ ಬಿಡಬೇಡ. ಬಹುತೇಕ ನಮಗೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಸಂಧರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂತಹ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಬಂದಿವೆ, ಅವಮಾನಗಳು ಆಗಿವೆ, ಎಷ್ಟೇ ಅವಮಾನ ಆದರೂ ಕೆಲಸ ಬಿಡಬೇಡ, ಯಾಕಂದ್ರೆ ಈ ಅವಮಾನದಿಂದ ಆಗುವ ಒತ್ತಡಕ್ಕಿಂತ ನೂರು ಪಟ್ಟು ಒತ್ತಡ ಸಂಬಳ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ದುಡಿಮೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂತು ಮನೆ ನಿಭಾಯಿಸುವುದು, ಸಾಲಗಳು ಕಟ್ಟುವುದು, ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಆಶಯಗಳನ್ನು ನೆರೆವೇರಿಸುವುದು ಕಷ್ಟ ಅಂತ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದಷ್ಟು ಸಮಾಧಾನ ಹೇಳಿದೆ. ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಆಗ ಒಂದು ಪಕ್ಷ ಇಂತಹ ನಡೆ ಇಡಬಹುದು ಆದರೆ ಸಂಬಳ ನೆಚ್ಚಿ ಜೀವನ ನಡೆಸುವವರು ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
