Hahaha get it guys? Funny face = Nārada muni, peak honda humour. This casual disrespect towards Nārada Muni is so normalized that people don’t even register it as disrespect anymore.

Sharad Purnima is special, but in Mithila, the land of Maa Sita, it carries a charm and warmth of its own. 🌕🙏
Celebrated as Kojagara (कोजगरा), this beautiful autumn full-moon festival brings families together to worship Maa Lakshmi, share makhana, paan and sweets, and celebrate traditions passed down through generations. Allow me to share an interesting custom from Mithila. Newly married grooms are specially honoured through the Chumaon ceremony, often followed by a playful game of Pachisi with cowrie shells, symbolising affection and the bond between two families. Even the name Kojagara comes from the Sanskrit “Ko Jagarti?” (को जागर्ति?), meaning “Who is awake?”, reflecting the belief that Maa Lakshmi visits and blesses those who remain awake in devotion beneath the autumn moon. For those of us with roots in Mithila, Kojagara is more than a festival; it is a cherished reminder of home, family, belonging and the timeless beauty of our cultural heritage.
शुभ शरद पूर्णिमा एवं कोजगरा! 🌕 🪷 🙏
While the rest of India celebrates Sharad Purnima,
Mithila/Bengal/Assam/Orrisa celebrates the grand festival of Kojagra/Kojagori Lakshmi Puja today
reflecting the shared cultural and religious traditions of the region.
It is believed that on this sacred night, Goddess Lakshmi descends to Earth and asks, Ko Jagrati? meaning, Who is awake. Those who remain awake in devotion and worship are believed to receive the divine blessings of Goddess Lakshmi.
In Mithila Kojagra holds a particularly special place and is celebrated with unique traditions. Homes are beautifully decorated with traditional lamps and Aripan/Alpana (Mithila's traditional floor art).
For newlyweds, especially the groom, this festival is one of the most significant celebrations. The bride's family sends Bhaar (traditional gifts and offerings), filling the with joy and festivity.
The night is filled with traditional rituals, including the groom's Chumawan ceremony, the playing of the traditional Kaudi game, and moments of laughter and celebration with family members.
Sharing paan and Mithila's GI-tagged makhana (fox nuts) as prasad is an essential part of Kojagra.

When Japanese studio made
Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama, VHP and Sangh called for a ban because foreigners can't adapt Ramayana with reverence.
Today, here we are. Indians mocking Ramayana, Bhagavan Rama and Hindu sentiments. What is @VHPDigital doing now?
These filmmakers have no respect for our itihasas or the emotions people have towards them. For them our itihasas are just a tool to gain western validation.

When Japanese filmmaker Yugo Sako wanted to adapt Ramayana, he spent a decade studying multiple translations. He was so genuinely moved by the text that he decided only animation as a reverent art form was capable of depicting the story with purity.

Bollywood will never stop adding its own masala, even to the Ramayana. 😭
Since when did the bride sit and watch the groom’s Haldi ceremony in traditional Hindu weddings? The groom has his Haldi at his home, and the bride has hers at her own home in many Indian traditions.
But Bollywood has to make everything cinematic, even if it means taking creative liberties with religious epics.

Another reason I oppose this statue placement is that it is placed facing a politician's statue, obviously on a lower pedestal.
This is not how you treat Lord Rama if you have faith in him. Personal and political reasons should be the last preference.
The Congress Govt’s anti-Hindu mindset stands exposed once again.
Removing the idol of Prabhu Shri Ram, installed by Hindu Organizations on the auspicious occasion of Dusshera near Basheerbagh Temple, Hyderabad is a direct insult to millions of devotees.
From Uttar Pradesh to Bengal, political arrogance has always been crushed by the people. Telangana will neither forgive nor stay silent.

Drawing a parallel between Ayodhya and this is an insult to rama and all those who fought for the temple in Ayodhya
Not the first time a Congress government has tried to remove an idol of Shri Ram.
In 1949, after the appearance of Ram Lalla’s idol in Ayodhya, PM Nehru pressured Congress-led Uttar Pradesh government to have it removed.
Today Congress has disappeared in Uttar Pradesh.
After this incident in Basheerbagh , same situation awaits Congress in telangana.
People will neither forget nor forgive, wrath awaits Congress.

With the right person, arguments will always end in both people apologizing, both people accepting accountability, both people making promises to do better no matter whose fault it is; that's mutual growth. But to be able to find this is rarer than a diamond in a coal mine.

What exactly did BJP do to provide justice to farmers who lost their lives there?
Entering into alliance with the same person who ordered that fire?
Is this the resurrection of Dharma you are referring to?
Are those farmers families invited?
That is the right place to put Rama's statue..
It's a symbolic resurrection of dharma in a place where 9 farmers are killed !
The poetic justice is to put Rama there.
Some people are suggesting to build Temples and not have them on road like that..
In that case, there is a sita rama chandra statue on tankbund in a foul smell environment from 40 years.
There are many such in twin cities too...
