No offense to the NBA and their decision to go with more former players. Iโm sure younger fans (who probably only watch tik tok highlights - Lol) will like their perspective.
I would rather hear the Van Gundy Fratello and Hubie Brown former coach types.
Just an opinion.

Great Basketball Mind. Positive Accountability with the Players he coaches. Evaluates, Recruits and Signs young men of Character and Talent. Itโs been fun for me to see his coaching career.
Congratulations to Nick Whitmore of @wyo_mbb on being selected to the Most Impactful/Influential Mid-Major Major Assistant Coaches list.

1st of all @JustinBaumanโฆdonโt tell me what to do (Lol). More importantly, @CoachWMartin is just a great Man of God, Husband, Father and Coach. Any young man would be truly blessed to get coached and mentored by Will each day. Iโm sure this will be a great listen.

Lexington โ Laramie.
At the time, each stop felt like separate chapters. Looking back, all were part of the same story โ shaping how I coach, lead, build relationships and serve others.
Grateful for the people who have invested in me along the way, and grateful to @OffBeatenPath_ for the opportunity to tell the story.
The dots keep connecting, and with each one, Iโm grateful for the way they continue to refine and prepare who I am as a man/coach.

Critical. Urgent. Important. I visited with TCU Athletic Director Mike Buddie today and asked him to expand on filtering daily life as an AD. College athletics is a decision sport. Thank you to AD Vantage and PILYTIX for sponsoring this trip.

North Carolina was 24-6 on March 5th and getting ready to get Caleb Wilson back that weekend against Duke.
Wilson suffered a season-ending injury that afternoon in practice.
The Tar Heels never won a game the rest of the year.
19 days later, Hubert Davis lost his job.

It's almost like Ben McCollum is a great coach. ADs still REFUSE to think outside the box or respect coaches that win at lower levels.

KU Fans better pray that Bill Self can get healthy, feels good about next year and is excited about what he can bring in with the right amount of money. U are not finding a better coach and recruiter that will leave where he is at for KU. Just saying.
