Math is broken. Can a family have 2.3 kids? Can you phisically divide an apple in 1/3 which is 0.3333333 to infinity? Why are there irrational numbers? Who gave humanity math? Genesis 11:7 (hint: it's about COMMUNICATION, which includes math) 1/

You should be making hard copies of everything you want to access long term. Operate under the assumption that it’s all going to disappear unless you take the time to save it properly. Yes. All of it. In 2022 I lost my entire library on my phone. (Invaluable). Years of slowly collected gold. Books, resources, things I’d come across and saved because I knew I would want to return to them. Gone. It taught me a big fucking lesson. Get your shit sorted BEFORE you are given a reason to wish you had. Your devices will die. Guaranteed. Phones get lost. Laptops break. Hard drives fail. Accounts get locked. And if the only copy of something you care about lives on one of those things, you are trusting that thing with the entire existence of it. Think about that for a second. All your photos. Your notes. Your work. Your library. How much of it could you actually recover if your phone and laptop disappeared today, RIGHT NOW? And how much have you never even bothered downloading, because you assume you can always find it again? “I’ll watch that later.” “It’s in my bookmarks.” “I saved it to a playlist.” Lovely. Now the channel is deleted, the video is unavailable, and you can’t even remember the name of the fucking thing. You remember that it was important. You remember that there was something in it you wanted to revisit. Good luck finding it. There is zero guarantee that anything you can access on the internet today will still be there tomorrow. Channels get deleted. Videos get striked. Websites disappear. People take their work down. All. The. Time. An entire collection of somebody’s knowledge can vanish from your reach because of a decision made by someone you will never meet. And you might only discover that it's gone three years later, when you finally go looking for it. That lecture which changed how you understood something. That obscure interview with someone who is no longer alive. That resource you spent hours looking for, finally found, and then left sitting in a browser tab. If it means something to you, take the time to preserve it. Somebody may have spent their entire life acquiring the knowledge you are receiving in an afternoon. Have enough appreciation for it to keep a copy. And please... BUY MORE PHYSICAL BOOKS. Build yourself a library. I'm proud of my personal library, north of ~600+ books. The majority of which I haven't read, but that are there in case I want to. Books you want to study. Books you want to return to. Books you want to be able to hand to someone years from now. Keep that available to yourself. And when the reptile people shut the internet off, you will be so happy you got those books ahead of time. Anyway. Buy yourself a big external hard drive. Download the things you want to keep. Organise them properly so you can actually FIND them again. Back that drive up to another drive. Keep a copy somewhere else. Cloud storage too, if you are so inclined. Ideally, use both. Physical copies where possible. And occasionally check that your backups actually open. Same goes for your photos and videos, by the way. You can buy another phone. You may never get another opportunity to take that photograph, hear that voice, or capture that moment. Some things become more valuable with every year that passes. Give yourself the chance to still have them. Back up everything you want to access later. Do it while you still have access to it. Get it done.

Perhaps one of the most potent gateway-drugs into the use of affirmations is "MY TIMING IS ALWAYS PERFECT!" And you will literally have direct evidence, tangible hands-on proof via direct experience of the power of affirmations as you literally watch reality begin to bend and warp to accommodate this command. I've used it countless times, and have seen it work countless times... and yet, it continues to surprise me on a near-daily basis.

A very powerful affirmation worth sharing: “I forgive everyone, for everything.” Say it OUT LOUD. Slowly. And pay attention to what comes up. You might notice a very interesting reaction: “That’s a good one. Wait. Forgive EVERYONE? Fuck that! That means I’d have to forgive that person who...” Oh. There it is. The exception. The person whose name still changes your mood. The thing you thought you’d moved on from, until five words brought it straight back up. Now you see the value in this. Notice how quickly your mind starts negotiating. Everyone except HIM. Everything except THAT. Perhaps once they apologise. Perhaps once they understand what they did. Perhaps once they suffer a little themselves... And until then? You get to carry it around. How wonderful. It can be quite a revelation to realise how fiercely you’re defending something you’re fucking exhausted from carrying. You can be completely right about what happened and still decide you’ve given it enough of your life. Say it again: “I forgive everyone, for everything.” You might notice an immediate wash of calm. Your shoulders dropping. A deeper breath. An intense sense of freedom, as though you’ve finally given yourself permission to stop having an argument that’s been going on inside you for YEARS. And if another name comes up, another memory, another “yeah, but...” simply notice it. Look at how much you’ve been holding onto. The grudges. The disappointments. The annoying shortcomings of others. All those little offences you’ve kept so meticulously accounted for. How much of your attention is still occupied by people who aren’t even in the fucking room? And while you’re at it, remember: EVERYONE INCLUDES YOU. The younger you who didn’t know better. The you who DID know better and fucked it up anyway. The opportunities wasted. The things said. The things you wish you’d done differently. How many more years would you like to keep punishing yourself? Keep the lesson. Keep your standards. Give yourself permission to put the weight down. FORGIVE YOUR ENEMIES. FORGIVE YOUR PARENTS. AND FOR FUCK’S SAKE, FORGIVE YOURSELF. RELEASE THE BULLSHIT IN YOUR HEART, SO YOU CAN FILL IT WITH YOUR GREATNESS. Every bit of attention you free from an old grievance becomes available for something else. For creating. For loving. For being patient with someone who needs it. For being a LIGHT to others. There is so much of you still available to give. Let it go. And make room for what is new. Namaste.

Procrastination. We've all been there. There's that thing you need to get done. It's nagging at you. It's important that you do it. But for some reason... you just don't? You know you should do it. You know you'll feel better once you've done it. But instead, you find literally ANYTHING else to do. And the whole time you're doing those other things, you have that little voice reminding you of what you're avoiding. So you don't even get to properly enjoy fucking around... Wonderful. STOP. Wouldn't you rather not be a retard instead? Here's how. And this is something you need to be vigilant about, and PRACTICE until it becomes an automatic habit. The very next time you catch yourself in the act of procrastinating... INTERRUPT IT. Say out loud, or firmly in your mind: “This is bullshit. Let me get on task. I'm going to go do [THE THING YOU WERE AVOIDING] right. fucking. now.” And as you say it, MOVE YOUR BODY toward that thing. Physically interrupt your procrastination by GETTING UP and MOVING YOUR LEGS toward whatever you need to be doing. Give yourself an instruction, and immediately FOLLOW IT. Before you finish the video. Before you check another notification. Before you negotiate yourself into “just another 5 minutes.” UP. MOVE. And yes, if you're procrastinating digitally, scrolling bullshit on your phone or disappearing down some rabbit hole on your laptop, the same thing applies. Put your phone down. Get up from your desk. Walk a few strides. “This is bullshit. Let me get on task. I'm going to finish that proposal. Right. Fucking. Now.” Then sit back down, open the [proposal, for example], and WRITE THE NEXT SENTENCE. That last part matters. Follow the interruption with an ACTUAL piece of the thing you've been avoiding. Make the call. Write the sentence. Put your shoes on and walk out the door. Something concrete. Something you can DO immediately. This can feel like magic because you've physically interrupted the exact behaviour that was keeping you occupied, and given yourself a clear instruction to act on. Think about what usually happens when you catch yourself procrastinating. You notice. You feel a little guilty. You tell yourself you should stop. And then your thumb scrolls again. The awareness was there. You knew EXACTLY what you were doing. You just carried on doing it. This is where you intervene. The moment you NOTICE becomes the moment you MOVE. And every time you catch yourself drifting again, practice the same response. Catch it. Interrupt it. Get back on task. No need to spend the next twenty minutes conducting an investigation into why you're such a fucking disappointment. Nothing is actually wrong with you, it's just that these apps and sites are designed by people who's full time job it is to capture as much of your screen-time as physically possible, and they succeeded in making you go "Oooh shinyyyy" Ok. So. You've already spent enough time avoiding the work... Use that moment of awareness while you have it. Practice until “I'm procrastinating” becomes your cue to physically redirect yourself, and your body is already moving before you've finished manufacturing the next excuse. You can begin while you still don't feel like it. I would go as far to suggest that you DELETE "I need to feel like doing something, in order to do it." from your mind, as soon as possible. Because the moment you do, is the moment you have unlocked an intense degree of freedom and personal sovereignty. No longer are you at the mercy of needing to feel a certain way. No longer are you at the mercy of needing perfect conditions to perform. Fuck that off. Now. There's probably something you've been thinking about the entire time you've been reading this. Something you know you need to do. Get up. Right. Fucking. Now.

CHOOSE THE INPUTS BE LUCID PROGRAM OR BE PROGRAMMED Ω
At any moment—you have the ability to ask yourself “What would the best, most courageous, wisest, version of myself do/say in this scenario?” ...and you can literally choose to do that. Do it repeatedly, and guess what you become..

You need to be viscerally lucid about what it is you’re putting in your brain and allowing your subconscious to digest. Just now; Was on Twitter feed *see a video* “How I became a single mom at 22” Girl starts talking about how morbid her situation is, get pregnant by a dude who has 6 kids with 6 different women Halfway through, caught myself “Why the fuck am I watching this shit?” It only made me feel like shit. My empathy got hijacked. I’m sitting there imagining myself in their shoes, and how hopeless it feels. Energy being drained… and for what? There are very few things you can control in life. One of the things you absolutely CAN control is what you consume. Genuinely think about this for a sec Most people Do not even question What they’re putting into their minds. Clueless zombies filling their subconscious a diet of straight horseshit. Me? I’m the type of nigga where, if I’m at a restaurant… and I don’t like the conversation I can hear in earshot… I will pick up my shit and MOVE Why is this important? Do you have any fucking idea how easy it is to influence the subconscious G? Shit that you couldn’t even imagine How much sunlight is in a room What temperature Whether or not the last text you received was positive or negative All effects your mood on a microscopic scale Every conversation Every word Don’t be a neurotic fuck about it, you don’t need to be a hypochondriac But pick your battles wisely. Stop watching garbage. Be lucid.

"Most men die at 25, we just bury them at 72" I think one of the greatest tragedies in life is how early people begin negotiating DOWN their ambitions. At 15, they want to conquer the world. At 25, they want to be comfortable. At 35, they just want to make it through the fucking week. What happened? At what point did you decide that the extraordinary was no longer available to you? There is something DIVINE about the human impulse to ascend. To reach beyond everything you presently know yourself to be. The ancient theologians called the highest heaven THE EMPYREAN. I think every man ought to have an empyrean of his own. Some magnificent ideal, so impossibly high that its pursuit demands the COMPLETE transformation of his character. Jim Rohn used to say, "I recommend each of you to make it a goal of yours, to become a millionaire. Not for the money, for what becoming a millionaire will make of you!" Most of you, sad to say, are shooting far, far under what you're capable of. It's no wonder you're not excited by it. And the really tragic thing is that you have mistaken this absence of excitement for some deficiency in your own character. Yall niggas, think something is wrong with you. You think you need more discipline. Or maybe, it's that you don't have enoughn "motivation." Or that perhaps the answer is some new routine to drag yourself out of bed in the morning. When the REAL problem is that the future you're working toward is nowhere near magnificent enough to COMMAND your FULL ATTENTION. Give yourself something worth becoming OBSESSED with. Something that makes the sacrifices seem trivial. Something that demands more of you than you have ever demanded of yourself. Something that frightens you a little, for God's sake! You may never reach the summit. But GOOD GOD, look at what you might become in the climbing. Three quotes for your contemplation: 1) Ralph Waldo Emerson, "Hitch your wagon to a star!" 2) Robert Browning, "Ah, but a man's reach should exceed his grasp, Or what's a heaven for?" 3) Napoleon, "Impossible is a word to be found only in the dictionary of fools!"

“You can literally become luckier just by deciding that you are a lucky person who experiences lucky things.” —@DejaRu22 Your mind works for you. Give it clear instructions on what to focus on & you’ll experience more of it.
Train your mind to see yourself as the greatest version of you. As you wake up picture the day as them, see how naturally they do everything, that no matter how it goes they did it perfectly. Notice how powerful it feels being fully aligned with yourself. Can you imagine the admiration in the eyes of others as you speak with conviction. How good does that feel? Let this excite you. Let this inspire your actions. Let this magnetise opportunities to you. Then, as you fall asleep mentally replay all the moments throughout the day you existed from this experience of you. So tomorrow you wake up as the person you wish to.

If you could see, properly SEE, what your life could become? What your mother's life could become. Your wife's. Your children's. You would never speak the word "motivation" again. You'd be up before the alarm. Every single day. For the rest of your life. Because motivation was never the problem. Motivation problems are vision problems. Mission problems. Nothing more. A man without a mission has to drag himself to the work. He's negotiating with himself at 6am like a coward. Looking for a video to hype him up. Looking for a quote. Looking for anything to light a fire that was never lit in the first place. A man WITH one doesn't need dragging. The work becomes the reward. The fire does the lifting for him. It burns so bright there's barely anything else he wants to do with his hours on this earth. That's the difference. That's the whole difference. Find the mission and the discipline takes care of itself. I pray every single one of you finds that flame. Namaste.

“The motion picture is the greatest unconscious carrier of propaganda in the world today. It is a great distributor for ideas and opinions.” - Edward Bernays, the OG of Propaganda One of the earliest ways we, as young children, learned to model patterns of behaviour was simply, Monkey see Monkey do The subconscious loves to learn by visual example. Whenever we are watching someone else, be it in real life, or digitally through media… There is a significant portion of our brain that gets activated in acting out the same behaviour that we are observing. When you watch someone dance, your brain (very subtly) activates those same muscles that you see the dancer using. When you watch someone experience physical pain, we can often have a real sympathetic experience of that same injury. For example, with guys, we notice this when someone gets kicked in the nuts. Etc And the same goes for all the intangible qualities too, like personality traits. Beliefs. Ideas. Motives. Desires. Etc. It’s crazy how much can be absorbed and downloaded via mere observation. Couple this real neurological activity with the narrative and emotion of a movie? You have a potent device for installing new models into the subconscious mind. Especially when you consider that movies are hypnotic by nature, and place the audience in a state of relaxed focused attention, in which their subconscious becomes pliable and open to receiving new ideas… This is why you can experience genuine perspective shifts, changes in behaviour and attitude, after “just” watching a movie. Use this on purpose: Bombard your brain with examples of behaviour you want to train.
He’s joking but I know a lot of people walked out the theaters with a different personality 😭😭

One of the worst sins you can make against yourself is… wasting your youth. Energy goes down… Mobility declines… Life demands you take increasingly levels of responsibilities… You get a mortgage, and kids… You have a brief window in time where you can abuse sleep, abuse your body, where it barely hits you and you can recover overnight. That window does not last forever. It would be a DARN SHAME for you to exit your young energetic years without having made proper and ample use of them. It would be a shame to not have burned the candle extra hot to make extremely fast progress in record time… A darn shame.
