@OhioJFS can we please process these identity verification adjucation situations, many of us weren't verified due to system error and are now twisting in the wind, for instance you have my ID, tax return, passport card, and a phone bill take two seconds to look at these and fix

Many of us suffering and it's not our fault I answered my relevant questions correctly it's not my fault the system errored, we should be fixing these before processing new apps, this issue is the only thing holding my payments back can't get through on phone!
