The reason they’re not voting in the Israeli elections is because they’re not Israeli citizens. Arab Muslim Israelis, of which there are two million, do get to vote. That’s kind of how citizenship works.
The reason they’re also not voting in Palestinian elections is because Hamas haven’t had elections in Gaza in 20 years, and the Palestinian Authority who promised to have elections in Samaria and Judea for the first time in 20 years decided to cancel the elections indefinitely at the last minute.
But here’s a fun fact that your uneducated historically illiterate brain doesn’t understand. After Jordan illegally occupied and annexed Samaria and Judea after 1948, all Palestinians were given Jordanian citizenship and passports. And all Jews were ethnically cleansed from that land and their homes they’d lived in for centuries and millennia were taken from them. Then after 1967, Israel defeated Jordan in a war that Jordan started and liberated Samaria and Judea from Jordanian occupation. A few years later, Jordan rescinded the citizenship of all those Arabs and left them all in limbo, especially after it was those Arab Palestinians who tried to conquer all of Jordan and overthrow the Jordanian Hashemite king by violent force in 1970, in what’s called Black September.
So the reason why those Arabs have no citizenship and no right to vote is because of JORDAN, not Israel.
When you’re 80, you’ll look back at your waste of a life and realize you’ve been supporting the only occupation forces in the region… which is the Muslim Palestinians themselves.

My latest: there’s pain at the pump. Some of this is inescapable fallout from conflicts in the Middle East and Russia/Ukraine. But much of it is self-imposed. The clean fuel regulations cost 13.57 cents a litre for diesel and 12.24 cents a litre for gasoline. To add insult to injury, tax is charged on top of these costs. Even worse, to comply with them, refiners must blend in biofuels such as ethanol and biodiesel. Canada is not self-sufficient and imports over half of what it needs, predominantly from the US.
Somehow, in the middle of a trade war and an energy crisis, it has gone unnoticed that Canada — the aspiring energy superpower — has artificially made itself dependent on the United States for fuel.

I was 15 years old, working at a sawmill in Houston, BC, living above the bar and trying to make a living. I was a big kid for my age, so with a fake ID I was able to drink in the bar. I met a couple of Indians and they asked me if I wanted to go to Smithers for the weekend. It was the middle of winter. I said sure, and me and two big Indian guys and a 15-year-old kid piled into a Datsun pickup to drive an hour to Smithers. First night we got into a fight. After that, three carloads of Indians and this white 15-year-old kid headed to the reservation. I was the first white man to spend any time on that reservation in 20 years. We started drinking after a moose breakfast—you could still see the carcass in the backyard. The young kids kept staring at me because they had never seen a white man. That night we went off to the bar and more fights. I got thrown into jail, and in the morning I was kicked out of the drunk tank. Middle of winter, 30 below. I got out of jail and started hitchhiking. I walked for two hours at 30 below before I got a ride. My fingers were so frozen I couldn’t even strike a match to light a cigarette. Finally picked up I got home to that room above the bar. I’ve always wanted to tell this story, but I believed no one would believe it, so I’ve kept it to myself for 50 years. My life.

Only Israeli citizens can vote. Palestinian Arabs are not Israeli citizens. They used to legally be Jordanian citizens up until the late 1970’s when Jordan decided to rescind their citizenships, leaving them stateless. They were Jordanian. They were never Israeli.
