The American Made Godzilla's pale in comparison to what me and My Son just watched in the theater by a completely Japanese crew of roughly 50 people. Director Takashi Yamazaki once again showed what true story telling is.

Russian journalist Konstantin Lesik reported that fans at the Cup of China gave a chilly reception to women's winner Mone Chiba and even shouted during the Japanese anthem, while showering runner-up Alexandra Trusova with roaring cheers.

野田役吉岡秀隆さんが、『初代ゴジラで山根博士を演じられていた志村喬さんの形見の腕時計をつけて撮影に臨んだ』とパンフで読んで、意気込みというか覚悟みたいなものを感じて凄く感慨深い。
青山役長澤まさみさんは夫の形見の腕時計をつけている設定だから野田の職業を聞いて一瞬怖い顔するんですね。海外の感想読んでも『後半はずっと青山を応援していた』て方が沢山居て、元々ゴジラファンには有名でしたが、長澤まさみさんの海外での人気が高まりそうですね。浜辺美波さんの美しさも海外の方皆さんポストしてますね。邦画史を塗り替える初日興行収入だし、もう入場者100万人だし、次の入場者特典、マイナスカラーやるのかどうかとかも気になります！

1/4 I keep seeing people complain that the American soldiers in #GodzillaMinusZero are caricatures. I personally took that as a choice and loved it. After decades of Hollywood doing the same thing to Japanese people, it felt a little like payback.
