⚖️ The AfCFTA Appellate Body is now complete with seven Members. At the 16th Meeting of the Dispute Settlement Body in Accra on 4 November 2026, Prof. Paul Kuruk (Ghana) and Dr. Bett Jackson Kiprotich (Kenya) took the oath of office in the presence of H.E. @MeneWamkele, Secretary-General of the #AfCFTA Secretariat. The milestone advances a transparent, predictable and rules-based approach to resolving trade disputes, strengthening confidence in Africa’s single market. #AfCFTA #DisputeSettlement #CreatingOneAfricanMarket
