Folks misunderstand strategy. Having a "perfect" revolution does not exist and has never existed. There have been many class and economic contradictions that NEED TO BE WORKED OUT or we fall into these pitfalls. How do we get the most people on board to *dismantle* a system?

Important for news media to not simply label this guy as a “GOP mega donor”. It’s so much worse. Crow has many interests before the Supreme Court. His groups file petitions before the court. It’s the clearest, most brazen violation of judicial ethics you can imagine.

This needs to be said: we do not get sick with COVID/colds/flu *because* it’s cold outside, or because our immune system is out of practice, or because we didn’t eat healthy all the time or exercise enough: we get sick when we are exposed to germs and they get inside our bodies.

Governor Murphy of New Jersey has signed an order that will seal all name changes in to protect transgender citizens. Name Changes will no longer be open to public inspections and will be confidential. Likewise the $50 fee is waived.
Constitution and by the Statutes of this State, do hereby ORDER and DIRECT: 1. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Order, all name change orders filed with the Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services in the Department of the Treasury after December 31, 1948 shall be exempt from public access under OPRA. 3 2. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Order, the Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services in the Department of the Treasury shall treat all name change orders filed after December 31, 1948 as confidential, except for when a record of such order is requested by the person whose name was changed or by the person’s parent or guardian, if the person is a minor at the time of the request, or otherwise for good cause shown. 3. This Order shall take effect immediately. The bill on same-sex marriage would not codify same-sex marriage, and it's unsurprising that reporters are just kinda tweeting out that word--"codifying"--and clumsily misleading people. That said, this bill needs to be passed. It's the best we're going to do right now.
