The voicemail you received from "Sarah Grant" claiming to be from the "tax mediation assistance office" is a known tax debt relief scam.
How the Scam Works:
Scammers use automated robocalls or AI-generated voices to leave messages hinting at an "active review" or unresolved issues to create a false sense of urgency.
They use official-sounding but fake organization names to trick victims into believing they are dealing with the IRS or a government-affiliated agency.
The message is left intentionally vague, claiming there are items that "haven't been confirmed yet," to entice the target to call them back out of concern.
The caller ID is frequently spoofed to look like a legitimate domestic call, even if the scam call center is operating internationally.
Objectives of the Scam:
Upfront Fee Theft:
When victims call back, scammers typically demand a large upfront fee for "pre-qualification" or guarantee they can settle tax debt for pennies on the dollar. However, no actual paperwork is ever filed on the victim's behalf.
Identity Theft:
The scammers will attempt to extract sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, bank account details, or credit card numbers, under the pretense of "confirming" your account details.
Untraceable Payments:
If they demand immediate payment to resolve the fabricated tax issue, they will often require payment through untraceable methods like wire transfers, gift cards, prepaid debit cards, or cryptocurrency. The real IRS will never demand payment through these specific methods.

Operation Trust (Operatsiya "Trest").
Running from 1921 to 1926, it was a massive and highly successful counterintelligence operation orchestrated by the Soviet secret police, the Cheka (which later became the OGPU).
The Bolsheviks created a completely fake anti-communist resistance organization called the "Monarchist Union of Central Russia."
They actively fed this fake organization to Western intelligence agencies and the exiled White Russian community.

Exosomes are naturally present in bodily secretions:
BREAST MILK: Vaccine mRNA already DETECTED within exosomes in human breast milk, documenting its presence in a secretion naturally transferred from vaccinated mothers to their infants.
SALIVA: Exosomes confirmed; vaccine materials NEVER TESTED.
EXHALED BREATH: Exosomes confirmed; vaccine materials NEVER TESTED.
SWEAT: Exosomes detected; vaccine materials NEVER TESTED.
Exosomes can deliver genetic material into recipient cells capable of altering cellular activity. These findings establish the biological basis for potential human-to-human transfer routes.
Adding to these concerns, an observational study found associations between proximity to vaccinated individuals and menstrual irregularities among unvaccinated women.
Despite these findings, whether vaccine-derived materials can transfer between individuals through saliva, exhaled breath, sweat, or other bodily secretions has NEVER BEEN DIRECTLY TESTED.
2. TRANSCRIPTIONAL SHEDDING — INTERNAL SPREAD THROUGHOUT THE BODY:
Following mRNA vaccination, human cells manufacture spike protein, which can be broken into fragments, released into the bloodstream, and transported throughout the body inside exosomes.
Our paper identifies TWO potential mechanisms that could extend this process:
CELL DIVISION (MITOSIS): When spike-producing cells divide, their daughter cells may inherit vaccine-derived proteins and other altered cellular materials, potentially extending their effects across generations of cells.
CELL-TO-CELL SPREAD: Exosomes can transport spike-related materials to distant cells that NEVER received vaccine mRNA directly, disrupting their normal biological functions.
Together, these mechanisms suggest a SELF-REINFORCING CYCLE of molecular dissemination:
SPIKE PRODUCTION → FRAGMENTATION → EXOSOME RELEASE → CELLULAR DISRUPTION → FURTHER SPREAD
As vaccine-derived materials spread between cells, they interfere with five interconnected biological systems: blood coagulation, innate immune sensing, tumor-suppressor signaling, cellular receptor regulation, and interferon signaling.
The possibility of sustained cellular disruption and human-to-human exposure demands IMMEDIATE testing.
In the meantime, a HALT to mRNA technology is warranted to protect innocent bystanders from potential shedding.
