After a lot of hard work, I’ve officially reached my goal of becoming a true left-handed hitter without slapping! All those extra hours of work on the side when nobody is watching payed off.

This weekend was such a roller coaster, but I’m so grateful for my family and teammates for helping me through it.
I had to miss Saturday of my tournament to be with my brother in the hospital, and I can’t put into words how much it meant to have my team there for me and comfort me through everything. That means so much more to me than how I performed or how anyone else performed this weekend.
Moments like these remind me that softball is about so much more than the game. It’s about the people, the bonds, and the family you find along the way. Weekends like this remind me just how much softball means to me and how hard it is to imagine my life without it. I’m so thankful to be part of a team that shows up for each other on and off the field. @Wildfire18u @JessieHomesley @YHC_Softball @FlaglerSoftball @BerrySoftball @coachmere_16 @ncfbanyanssb @CorbinWeeks @60formeLYJ – at Mango, FL
