SpaceX and Tesla have prospered in Texas, because we were not constantly operating under an oppressive and extractive state government. And I need to be close to the factories, so that I can walk the floor in person. That’s why the first major SpaceX factory was in LA and first major Tesla factory was in SF Bay Area. As California became increasingly difficult, due to extreme taxes and overregulation, we moved our major domestic expansions and HQ to Texas.

The Tesla Cybertruck order backlog is currently far more than we can make before dismantling the line for Cybercab expansion around June/July next year. We will add an extra shift to try to get all orders done in time.

Exactly 😂 Tesla has no government contracts and President Trump ended federal incentives for electric vehicles. SpaceX contracts with the government are BOTH the best product AND the lowest price! Moreover government revenue will be less than 10% of SpaceX revenue this quarter and less then 5% a year from now. Happy to cancel any that the government doesn’t want. Just say the word!
Elon please send this January 1: Dear Senate & House Democrats, Many of you criticize my companies receiving federal contracts. I hereby offer to cancel. Please publish a list of each contract to cancel with any required agency consent, and we will cancel promptly. Sincerely, Elon Musk

Russians dropped 9 massive bombs on a school and shelter in SE Ukraine a few days ago, killing nearly 100. And Putin's top advisor and fund manager is invited to speak at our White House. Republican outrage? Crickets...
Kirill Dimitrov, special envoy to Putin, in the White House: "Dear Melania, you have saved so many lives. As a token of appreciation, we would like to give you a small gift."

Sorry, Donald, but every single one of your trashy degradations to the White House will be stripped away. Every tacky Temu ornament will be grounded down to dust and scattered to the winds.

🧵Russia’s top war blogger asked who would invest in a country rotting from the inside, shrinking, and living on subsidies. He meant Ukraine. 15 hours later, Russia’s primary jet-fuel refinery was in flames, and Moscow was panic-selling gold like it was 1998. 1/🧵

The Irish government is shaken up by the news that tourism to Ireland dropped 25% in January and 30% in February, with revenue down 31%. The world famous Irish tourism industry is collapsing because tourists have figured out that Ireland doesn't really feel Irish anymore.

I put together a list of everything that broke the back of Trumpism. The gas prices. The unsanctioned war. The massive corruption. The incompetence. The tariffs. Playing nice with Russia. The cruelty against American citizens. The overly aggressive deportations. The accidental arrests of American citizens who were Hispanic.
The ballroom. The reflecting pool that doesn’t reflect. The Qatari 747. The aggressive redistricting push. The threats against our allies. By the way, I’m scratching the tip of the iceberg.

2 trillion in market cap wiped out in 40 minutes
Absolute insanity. In just 40 minutes, the S&P 500 has now erased -$2 trillion in market cap. The entire post-Midterm Election rally has been erased in a matter of minutes. This is one of the fastest market cap losses in stock market history.

If you want to know what Trump will do next, ask what Putin wants him to do. Sanctions, NATO, etc. It's not just pathetic & immoral, it's a threat to US and global security. Putin has two more years of a patsy in the White House, while thwarted by Ukraine on the battlefield.

Donald Trump brought a $10 billion defamation lawsuit against the BBC. The BBC has asked Jack Smith to testify, which he agreed to. Now, our DOJ is blocking Smith’s testimony. Why is our DOJ serving as Trump’s personal lawyer when this incident occurred back in 2024 when he was a PRIVATE citizen? This is called weaponization of the DOJ. A judge has already ruled the BBC can subpoena Don Jr, Ivanka and Jared Kushner. Trump forgot about the ‘discovery’ process, does not want this to go to court and is looking for a way out without looking suspicious. When the judge rules that Jack Smith is allowed to testify, the coward will drop the suit with a lame excuse of “the judge is biased and unfair” to him.
