The odds of the Democrats winning the Senate are now 71%, a new high. If the stock market crashes on Monday expect those odds to rise further. The problem for Republicans is that they have to lie that a bad economy is good. Democrats just have to lie that they can make it better.

There is a phrase we are probably going to be hearing a lot in the coming days, weeks and months.
The phrase is "chain of custody." For the avoidance of doubt, the legal definition of 'chain of custody' is, "the chronological paper trail and documentation that tracks the collection, handling, transfer, analysis, storage, and final disposition of physical or electronic evidence from a crime scene or discovery to its presentation in court."
We are going to hear and witness A LOT of noise soon. But, the main legal theory I want you to keep your eyes on is Chain of Custody. In my opinion, this regime's entire "game" hinges on screwing with the chain of custody of machines, ballots, thumb drives, electronic and paper voter rolls, and paperwork.
IF they can break or spoil the chain of custody, THEN we are in trouble. THAT is the ONLY thing, other than an escalation in the War, that I am concerned about in the near future.

In case you're wondering why all the indicators show a significant Dem lead - even the prediction markets - but the polling still shows races within the margin of error or close - the reason is something called “herding.”
Herding refers to a practice of pollsters adjusting, suppressing, or selectively releasing results so their numbers align more closely with other polls. It happens in every election. Nobody wants to be the outlier.
Everybody’s publishing the same 2-to-5-point margin, because an 8-to-10-point margin makes them look bad, or partisan, if they're wrong. And - they'd get accused of influencing motivation, and possibly, results.
So, even if their data says it's 8-to-10-points, nobody publishing polls - a few days before the election - wants to be the one who said so out loud.
