Stablecoins work best when money has to move fast to people who need it. While many others collected donations for Nepal in a more traditional sense, we built a path that leverages blockchain technology that lands as local currency in the government's relief fund.
The campaign is powered by Polygon's Open Money Stack, Coinme, and @CrossRiverBank. Blockchain for Impact has already pledged $100,000.
No one's pain matters more because of geography. But some tragedies just hit differently when they touch a place that's part of your own story, and Nepal has always felt close to home for me.
I was born in the Kumaon belt of Uttarakhand, India, right alongside Nepal, and my maternal family comes from that same region. Communities on both sides of the border have been connected for generations, through family, culture, faith, food, trade and everyday life. India and Nepal have what we often call "Roti-Beti ka rishta," ties of family and shared life that run far deeper than a line on a map, and Prime Minister Modi, speaking recently about Nepal, called its people our brothers and sisters.
I want to do my small part to stand with them, and I hope you'll join me. This campaign lets people around the world contribute in stablecoins to support relief and rebuilding efforts in Nepal.

我正式就 Billions Network @billions_ntwk 及 Kaito Capital Launchpad 募集轮次提出严肃维权声明。
这不是情绪问题，而是早期参与者权益、信息披露、资金占用和平台责任问题。
根据当时 Kaito Launchpad 公开页面，Billions 募集轮次显示：
Target Raise：5,000,000 USDC
Total Funded：5,558,000 USDC
Vesting Schedule：100% unlock at TGE
也就是说，早期参与者当初是基于“100% TGE 解锁”这一核心条款作出资金决策。
但现在临近 TGE，项目方突然要求参与者在以下选项中重新选择：
A：100% 退款
B：全额 allocation + 25% bonus，但锁仓 6 个月
C：全额 allocation + 50% bonus，但锁仓 12 个月
这已经不是普通的运营调整，而是对核心经济条款的实质性变更。
我要求 Billions Network 和 Kaito 正面回应以下问题：
1）当初公开展示的 “100% unlock at TGE” 是否仍然有效？
2）如果无效，法律依据和合同依据是什么？
3）是谁决定临近 TGE 修改解锁规则？
4）所谓 “community feedback” 是否经过所有出资用户明确同意？
5）用户资金目前在哪里？是否曾被转给项目方？是否用于运营、做市、流动性或其他用途？
6）如果用户选择退款，为什么不能立即退款？为什么要等选择窗口结束后再处理？
7）Kaito 作为 Launchpad 平台，在募集展示、用户参与、资金流转和规则变更中承担什么责任？
“社区反馈”不能替代出资人同意。
“长期支持”不能变成强制锁仓。
“退款选项”也不能成为继续占用用户资金的理由。
我不接受任何未经明确同意的单方面条款变更。
我也不接受在资金已被占用数月后，临近 TGE 才重新定义用户权益。
我的诉求很明确：
恢复原始条款：100% unlock at TGE；或
对选择退出的用户立即全额退款，并给出明确到账时间；
公开披露原始轮次条款、修改依据、资金托管/流转情况；
Kaito 和 Billions 必须保存所有相关证据，包括页面记录、协议、邮件、钱包记录、内部沟通和公告记录；
任何退款申请都不应被视为用户放弃追责权利。
早期贡献者不是免费融资工具。
社区用户不是可以被随意牺牲的流动性。
临近 TGE 才改变核心规则，必须给出正式解释。
如果项目方和平台不能给出合理解决方案，我将保留通过法律途径、交易所上币审查渠道、合规投诉渠道以及公开证据披露继续维权的权利。
