"AFROSOC condemns the rigged “findings” of Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch and the actions of the Senatobia Police Department that put the public in danger. On June 14th of this year, SPD murdered one year old Kohen Wiley, wounded his great-aunt, and caused immense pain and suffering to his mother. This occurred at the hands of habitual offender Officer Hunter Foster. This reminds us of Hind Rajab, murdered at the hands of the IOF along with multiple members of her family, on January 29, 2024.
We will not entertain the fascist notion that “shoplifting” (nothing was actually stolen!) is justification for stealing a life, or opening fire on an occupied vehicle. The working class, particularly the Black working class, of Mississippi is responsible for massive amounts of wealth in that state and this country. Yet, we are paid pittances, while inflation runs rampant, squeezing the poor ever more by the day. The ire of all right-thinking people should be directed at those who charge exorbitant prices for things that are necessary for the well-being of an infant child.
Attorney General Lynn Fitch’s ambitions for governorship of Mississippi have made her blind to not only to the suffering of the Wiley family and the Black and Brown citizens of their state, but also any notions of common decency and common sense. There can never and will never be a justification for the state to murder a child, and the fact that Senatobia Police could only bring forth “stolen diapers” as a justification speaks to the continued degradation of the sanctity of life across the South. As BIPOC people, we are not surprised at all. This entire country is a graveyard, and a plantation, and the red clay earth of the Southern United States is full of our bones, watered with our blood and tears.
We will cede no ground to injustice anywhere. We are your neighbors, we are your family, and we’re in your congregations. We have and will continue to help feed our communities, protect them and watch those that occupy our streets. Whenever pigs move, they must meet a movement. Isolated struggles are easily defeated. United struggles seize power. The pain and struggle that our people suffer will only end with the seizure of political power across the entire country by a movement dedicated to national liberation and workers’ control of society. Until then, we will continue to suffer, because suffering is our lot in this country, and it never will be otherwise until this horrible project ends. Colonized people and workers have an antagonistic contradiction with the capitalist-imperialist United States. We have not, nor will we ever, give up on the South, home and birthplace to many of our members, along with comrades such as Robert F. Williams, Martin Luther King, and countless others.
The road to revolution is long and tortuous, and it leads through the South. We will continue to organize, educate, build, and we will be victorious. The blood of Kohen Wiley demands it, and we will not let him down."

Trotskyism reflects the worldview of the petty bourgeois intellectual.
Impatient with slow work
Obsessed with personal correctness
Hostile to discipline
Fearful of responsibility
It thrives in universities, NGOs and social media. It withers in factories, farms and trenches.

It sounds productive until you realize that Bukele uses systematic torture, as documented by Human Rights Watch. Haiti's situation stems from foreign interference. His push in Haiti follows the colonial playbook of policing Black nations. oas.org/en/iachr/jsForm/?Fil…
