This little 2 pound bargain bin chuck is getting a dusting of Signature Pepper then hitting the fridge for a nap. I'm thinking sandwiches with a nice homemade peppered bacon jam. It's supposed to rain like crazy tomorrow so we'll see.

@tacooghost inspired Pok Pok wings - PHENOMENAL. Wife is not a wing girl but devoured them, fried rice with @EnakFlavors Busan BBQ shrimp. This was a hit - thanks, @tacooghost - probably not the same as you had, but it turned out 🔥.
