I want to bake brisket again🥺 It's romantic to grill big meat over a charcoal fire. At this time, I grilled Hitachi beef briskets, but anyway, the taste of the meat was rich, but it was refreshing and it was gone in no time😂 I'm hungry to see my American brothers' BBQ every day

Smoked chile verde - one of the best batches I've made. @DadsSeasonings brisket rub on the pork, pulled at 170 and cubed - I didn't want it to pull/shred - then stewed in the verde sauce for 2 hours. *PERFECT* . Super tender and spicy with the habaneros. #TacoSunday
