ASSISTANCE: A Good Samaritan has donated groceries worth N$2,000 to Jumba Martha (33) after seeing a Namibian Sun post showing her resilience as she carried discarded cans to sell at a local scrap yard in Rundu while carrying her four-month-old daughter on her back. Reinhard Moyo said Martha’s story and her determination to provide for her children moved him to help with groceries and basic necessities. Another Good Samaritan from Windhoek has also contributed N$500 to assist Martha. Martha is seeking employment, including domestic work. I went there while I was on holiday and I got turned away due to the fact that I needed cash to open a file, i was very sick and offered to pay with card but they refused. I tell them that my medical aid cover 100% of consultations., still they refuse. Worse hospital ever

First of all, from reception already through to some nurses/caretakers and a certain Dr, the service we recieved was truly disheartening. How can you make an elderly patient who has not eaten or drank anything in 7 full days (post op) to bath themselves, with what strength? 1/3

2nd, lack of communication with the patient's next of kin. What is so hard to communicate with the patient's close relatives regarding everything that to be done to the patient? How is it okay for Dr to walk away from the patient's relatives. Seriously that was very 2/3
