@virginmedia Hi, Wifi/TV problems started 10pm 6 Jan, you said probs would be fixed by 4pm 7 Jan, BUT it has been on/off ever since. Run service status online and you say no problems but then call 08005610061 and get automated message saying there’s issues, engineers working hard
But it’s a complex issue, we’ve text you a link to get status updates and register for help. You click on both links and both are dead! Impossible to call you as you go through the entire automated process again to be told there’s issues. Postcode SE279DZ. Please can you help?!
