You guys know I love Japan and their culture. But as I've mentioned before things around modding, piracy, copyright are retarded.
EN : hey I wanna buy this game ?
JP : sorry we don't sell it anymore
EN : okay I'll pirate it
JP : NOOO THAT'S ILLEGAL
EN : then sell it
JP : no
Fuck you dude I wanna buy the game but you won't sell it to me. You left me no reasonable course of action other than piracy.
That's right, this is your fault and I could care less. You made me do this against my will. All I wanted was to play the fucking game you absolute MORON.

After being a PR person for nearly 5 years total now. I have a good idea on consumer/customer behavior. Because not only am I a costumer, not only do I have friends I talk to, I have represented entities while talking to customers.
People like owning stuff, people like buying stuff. The real reward for working hard is not money. It's being able to buy the shit you want.
That's how our entire capitalist society work. Money is a piece of paper, it's worthless, it's a concept everyone just agreed upon was a universal and efficient way to trade.
What people really value is what we buy with it. A car, a house, a book, a video game etc ...
People are literally begging the No man sky dev to accept their money. Do you realize how insane that is as a concept.
If you offer a quality product at an affordable price people will want to buy it. Want to spend their money. People will litteraly BEG YOU to take their money.
Piracy was and will always be a service issue. If you make it difficult or impossible to acquire something in a legal and reasonable manner people will turn to piracy. You don't fix piracy by making it illegal. You fix it by fixing your distribution and making your product accessible to every customer who wish to buy it.
You are literally refusing free money.
You are retarded.
There is also the example of Dwarf Fortress. The creator lived off donations for many years while giving the game away for free. When he got cancer and needed to pay medical bills he finally put a more polished version on Steam and made something like ten million dollars in a few months. The conclusion was that tens of thousands of people had waited years to give the guy $30 for a polished product.

Hear me out
Danny's ult needs to do an AOE explosion to also damage any nearby players he slams into
The Ult SHOULD be able to kill you, BUT, if you die in your ult, the blast damage is amplified, taking down other people with you, going out in a blaze of glory
Thoughts?
