I find it difficult to self-categorise. The Substack is a scattered map. Each post appears to examine something different. But together they reveal a coherent project: To increase man’s authorship over the conditions of his existence.

Signed up for Lawrence’s stuff thinking I was just going to get huge arms. Boy was I unprepared for what he routinely puts out. Meat head 🤝 philosopher Great stuff as always.

If I discovered my son was convinced he needed a cocktail of strange pharmaceuticals in order to ‘win’ because he listened to a group of feeble-handed anonymous virgins posting ‘drug tier lists’ on the internet, I’d throw him off a cliff.
I'm convinced the majority fell for peptide psychosis by getting sucked into the algo. Not really needing it, paying a bunch of money and constantly ignoring any negatives effects, or bad reactions from injections. Completely distracted from what would actually move the needle for them.

🚨🚨🚨 You’ve probably heard of bromantane … By have you heard of the new Russian dopamine agonist capable of increasing dopaminergic transmission in the striatum of transgender rats by 667% !! 😱😱😱 Nope. Have you heard of walking around in a tank top with 18+ inch arms? You should try it
You may roll their eyes but this is real ROI If you spend your 20s chasing ‘longevity’ you are playing life the wrong way round Spending your mornings reconstituting 15 different peptides or mentally masturbating over the timing of your nootropic stack can be saved for later on ‘Biohacking’ should be - matching desired output to most efficient input It’s chemical arbitrage. (Oh and most peptides are a complete waste of time)

People love to denigrate marajuana + the sedentary effects of THC But none of them have actually identified the real cause of danger Before psychosis + schizophrenia, smelling of poverty, the deleterious effects on your reproductive, cardiac, circulatory + respiratory function The inclination to melt awayinto your armchair is really what constitutes the greatest harm to man. A sofa is for decoration. In fact, there are only a select few instances in which man should find himself sat down at all A minute sat down = a minute of voluntary decay if you are susceptible to sofa-melting after smoking marajuana, you are better off smoking crack. with nowhere to sit, the mission must resume Law.

"Confidence" isn't a feeling. confidence = residual effect of repeated action under uncertainty You can't build it (just) by believing in yourself. You build it by accumulating evidence you can act when outcome is unknown. Feelings follow action Build your receipts
Well, well, well In the heat of all the “looksmaxxing” content that I have to sigh and scroll past, allow me to drop truth that requires nothing more than YOU and the shadow realm ⚫️🥷🏼 Zero gimmicks, just pure fundamentals that have transformed my own appearance THE ONLY LOOKSMAXXING STACK YOU NEED: > Utilizing Zone 2 cardio + developing your overall cardiovascular fitness > Getting leaner if you're carrying excess body fat > Eating like you actually give a shit about yourself > Prioritizing proper sleep and recovery > Building a muscular physique (not mandatory but will definitely be a confidence booster!) > Becoming an all around physically capable human being And the beautiful thing? You're not just investing in how you LOOK You're investing in how you FEEL, PERFORM, and FUNCTION. The best investment you can make for yourself and the people around you Anyways, Thursday receipts. 🧾✍🏼

‘X’ really made you believe that improving the efficiency of your mitochondria is the panacea of health. Unfortunately It isn’t going to fix your deficiency in purpose. Just like increasing your DHT isn’t going to turn you into a man. You’re gonna have to go deeper.

Biology bends to belief Psychoneuroimmunology shows that belief in prognosis changes biological outcomes. “I ‘have’ adhd so I can’t focus” The Reframe: “I possess the tendency to fall into ‘adhd-associated’ behaviours so in order to transmute deficit to advantage, I must achieve a sufficient level of stimulation. If done through purposeful work in a domain that carries genuine interest… all of a sudden, I have the ability to wield a level of intensity that others would find totally alien.”

You’ve probably heard that ADHD is now being referred to as a ‘circadian dysregulation’ disorder But you’ve probably not been given a solution. Until now 🪄
I still stand by individualised chronobiology. Everyone I've worked with who shares the ADHD-phenotype (shared traits pertaining to dysregulated executive function) seems to perform better on 5-6 hours at night plus an afternoon nap than on a single 7-9-hour block. Consider distributing your sleep around individual biology, not a Huberman podcast I can already hear the uproar from the wearable bondage crew so I'll address : WHOOP may account for naps, but its morning Recovery score doesn’t update after an afternoon nap. How well does that number describe the boost in attention and performance that follow? I'd predict that any deficit in sleep score produced through a reduced single, monophasic sleep-block, would be offset (and beaten) by an afternoon nap that follows

This is a very understated post. The second sentence in this post is life altering. It should be the foundation for much of what we do. Consider the possibilities and impact. Such a simple sentence with infinite potential. Oh, and - it works. 🤯🧠🚀

important message for the new generation of n=1s Transforming your gut into an underwater pharmacy cabinet is one thing, taking pharmaceutical recommendations from 17 year old virgins living off commission from Indian wholesalers is another So, before they tell you that bromantane will change your life, ask them if they’ve ever felt the touch of a woman against their skin The ‘health/biohacking’ space on here reminds me of the bodybuilding supplement-industry around the time of Biogrow, clear muscle, blackstone labs, prohormones etc It’s time to clean the swamp just like we did with the supplement industry

You can be working on yourself for 10 years and never once be measured against anything Nothing still in flux can be judged, which is the entire appeal of permanent self improvement Becoming = deferred exposure Eventually you have to stop and say what you are. You have to take the verdict on it

Its funny when someone tries to feign masculine dominance by dismissing skincare as a female-only sport In case it wasn’t obvious (it was), the original post was tongue & cheek Your skin cannot be ‘too good’ The worst that can happen is you start getting discount at your local Koran BBQ. Quick anatomy: ✨ Skin is the largest organ in the body ✨ Who is the elected offocial deciding which organs are ‘gay’ and which are not ? He is sabotaging your life
I’m had to suspend my skin-maxxing experiment due to fear of over-feminisination (It works TOO well) If you want glass-looking skin, give it a go here’s what I ran daily: GHK-Cu 2.5mg Tazarotene cream 0.1% PM Zinc + Niacinamide topical Mandelic acid 10% L-Carnosine 1g Astaxanthin 12mg 20g Hydrolised bovine collagen Tributyrin complex 200mg Vit C 500mg

Over the years I have played about with the concept of individualised chronobiology I’ve moved closer and closer toward a general rejection of the common ‘8 hour rule’ Last year I ran my Putin protocol (+ MOTS, - SEMAX) at ‘moderate’ dosages, with ‘moderate’ effect. Since then I have run an exhaustive list of sleep-related experiments in the hope of uncovering an ‘optimised’ model The focus centres around the idea of circadian manipulation I hold the belief that myself - and others that fall into the ‘ADHD’ phenotype subset - can gain enormous benefit from a deliberate modification of sleep cycle Breaking away from the mainstream accepted model and instead favouring a biphasic/modified approach. I truly believe I am now able to condense my sleep duration whilst increasing my output - literally gaining MORE from LESS I have effectively engineered greater ‘sleep efficiency’ I would say I’ve gained about 2 hours a day of ‘active’ time. That’s 30 days a year. That’s 1 free month a year. I am not at all interested in the argument that this will somehow deduct years from my life Personally, I’d rather focus on living sooner, than focus on dying later. The inflation economy isn’t exclusive to finance… Your time NOW is worth exponentially more than in 10/20/30 years So you better get busy living.
