🇺🇦🇫🇷 FRENCH AIR DEFENSE SYSTEMS ARE HUNTING RUSSIAN TARGETS OVER UKRAINE
Ukraine’s 1039th Air Defense Regiment has released an extensive compilation showing its French-supplied Crotale surface-to-air missile systems engaging Russian aerial targets.
The footage offers a look at how Western air-defense equipment is being used by Ukrainian crews to protect the country’s skies.
Originally developed in France, the Crotale is a short-range air-defense system designed to intercept aircraft, helicopters and other aerial threats. Its radar-guided capabilities make it particularly useful as part of Ukraine’s layered air-defense network.
For Ukrainian operators, every successful interception can mean one fewer Russian weapon reaching its intended target, whether that is military infrastructure, an energy facility or a populated area.
The compilation also illustrates France’s contribution to Ukraine’s air defenses, although the footage alone does not establish the total number or types of targets destroyed.
Nearly five years into the full-scale invasion, Ukraine continues to rely on a combination of Western-supplied systems and domestically developed capabilities to counter Russia’s aerial attacks.

UPDATE: Judge Carter ends his hearing with a warning to DOJ:
"This court believes it would be wise that any threats to state and county elected employees cease immediately. Good night."
He will issue a formal ruling tomorrow but appears to be rejecting DOJ's emergency efforts.

Midterms are in a week, there are a few things that can happen:
1) We all show up and vote, we win overwhelmingly, take back some control from the shit show by winning the House and Senate. And maybe we change the direction of what is happening. Put a cog in that destructive wheel.
2) We all show up and vote, we narrowly win, and they refuse to let it flip, instead they litigate every state, dragging it out endlessly. We are left VERY disappointed realizing our government took our power away. America will not come back from this.
3) We don’t show up because, we think there’s a blue wave, and that our votes don’t matter. And we don’t win anything. We are left VERY disappointed realizing that most Americans don’t really care. America will not come back from this.
4) We all show up and vote, but trump / musk make “something happen”, where our votes don’t count and we are left VERY disappointed realizing our government is compromised. America will not come back from this.
I am obviously hoping for #1, but there is a very good chance we are going to be disappointed. If that happens this will be a turning point for me. I think I will have to stop posting on here and stay off the internet, for my sanity.
I know we won’t survive 2 more years of this administration, or at least the America we used to know will be completely unrecognizable by the end (it already is a very dark place). We will not be a free country anymore. This must be how people feel when a fascist government takes over.
