🚨 BREAKING: SPACEX CRUSHES WALL STREET EXPECTATIONS SpaceX reportedly pulled in a staggering $14,580,000,000 in Q3 revenue. NOTE: IN ONE QUARTER!!! The company is scaling at a level most public tech giants would kill for and it’s still private. Elon Musk may be building the most valuable private company on Earth.

🚨BREAKING: THE U.S. HOUSING MARKET IS BREAKING Pending Home Sales collapsed 7.3% in September to the LOWEST LEVEL EVER! At the same time, 44% of U.S. homes for sale are undergoing price cuts as the mortgage-rate shock keeps buyers sidelined with 30-year rates near 7.5%. This is worse than 2008, worse than COVID. Buyers are disappearing, sellers are desperately cutting prices, and transactions are falling apart nationwide. Are you cheering on the correction or hoping the bleeding stops?

VARA-AI Fund getting absolutely crushed - rumors continue floating that short-sellers are attacking the fund to buy it's positions at a discount if it's forced to sell to meet margin requirements
🤖 Made with AI
🚨 WALL STREET MAY BE RUNNING THE SITUATIONAL AWARENESS PLAYBOOK ON VARA RIGHT NOW This is starting to look eerily similar to what happened to Situational Awareness in July 📅 — Look at what’s happening now: 👀 Rumors are circulating that Value Aligned Research Advisors (VARA) is getting annihilated by short-sellers Situational Awareness lost 67% in ONE MONTH and got hammered into ultimately unloading most of its $16 BILLION public-equity portfolio — with a large portion to Ken Griffin’s Citadel at a steep discount Citadel then rapidly shed more than 80% of the acquired risk, executing nearly 100 block trades worth over $4 BILLION ! Now look at VARA — VARA already lost 44% in July and had major overlap with Situational Awareness across names like CoreWeave, Bloom Energy, IREN, Applied Digital and other crowded AI-infrastructure trades. The firm managed roughly $26.4 BILLION at the end of June Today the pain is concentrated across that same ecosystem: $CRWV $NBIS $IREN $MU $SNDK $STX $WDC $COHR But the question I’m asking isn’t simply, “IS VARA BLOWING UP?” The bigger question is — WHO IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE LIQUIDATION? We literally watched this play out 3 months ago; - Highly leveraged AI fund gets trapped in crowded positions - Short-sellers pile on and margin pressure explodes - The fund is forced into an asset fire-sale to salvage what remains - Giant trading firm steps in and buys the portfolio at a steep discount So if VARA is now being forced to liquidate, somebody on Wall Street is certainly trying to position themselves on the profitable side of that forced sale — just as Citadel did when Situational Awareness unloaded its book. And VARA is NOT some tiny fund. Its June 13F reported $40.1 BILLION in stock and options exposure across 123 positions, including substantial options notional. So now I’m watching three things: - WATCH THE BLOCK TRADES. - WATCH THE PRIME BROKERS. - WATCH THESE OVERLAPPING AI NAMES. Because if forced selling is driving this move, the tape could get VIOLENT before the seller is finished as proven by the CBOE VIX today! And if that’s what we’re witnessing? 🔥 THIS COULD BE ONE OF THE BEST AI-BUYING OPPORTUNITIES RETAIL HAS SEEN IN YEARS!

Major problems hit north Texas as H1-B families abandon homes and cars after being laid off They’re not packing up and moving. They’re disappearing. More than 10 families in Celina and Melissa, just north of Dallas, lost their jobs, bought one-way tickets back home, and left everything behind. The house. The cars. The furniture. All of it. They reportedly couldn’t sell because values in some of these neighborhoods dropped almost $100,000. Couldn’t cover the mortgage either. So the homes sit empty, sliding toward foreclosure Here’s the math nobody wants to say out loud. You’re on an H-1B and you lose your job, you’ve got 60 days to find a new sponsor or leave the country. No sponsor means no visa. No visa means no income. No income means the keys stay on the counter and we all eat the damage. Collin County is down 9% year over year. Celina is sitting on 50 months of lot supply. One builder went from 70% of his sales to South Asian buyers down to under 30%, with 125 unsold homes on the ground Entire neighborhoods got built on one visa program where immigrants got more liberties than American citizens. Nobody said it out loud when it was working. Now the buyers are gone and everybody’s acting surprised 🙄 I know a lot of Realtors here. This isn’t a market cooling off. This is our market getting gutted. And if you own a home north of Dallas, you’re already paying for it... What are you seeing in your neighborhood?

Up whatever percent on $VIRT and feeling proud? 🙌 Congratulations on finding such an amazing stock that your grandchildren will be proud to inherit one day! Here is an opinion for entertainment purposes only: You aren’t investing. You’re dining at a crime scene and complimenting the silverware. Not everyone has the stomach to profit off the financial equivalent of insider trading wrapped in a compliance brochure. Imagine bragging about it while mocking issuers & retail investors sandbagged by the very HFT firms now under federal investigations and subpoenas. These firms believe they’re above the law and routinely refuse to comply with information demands, audit trails, etc. @pulte knows 1st hand how corrupt they are. There is a special place in hell for those who cheerlead or work at high-frequency trading firms like #Citadel, #Virtu, and their dark-pool brethren, parasites who profit not by building anything, but by exploiting milliseconds and masking opacity as liquidity. Citadel Securities: - Paid over $1.5 billion in fines since 2000 for violations tied to mispricing, inaccurate reporting, and trading abuses. - 2021 #GameStop scandal: Allegedly pressured #Robinhood to halt buying during peak retail momentum, then denied involvement while profiting in the background. - Operates Citadel Connect, a “non-ATS” internal crossing engine that bypasses public markets with zero transparency. Do you understand what that means⁉️ - Absorbs ~40% of total U.S. retail order flow, then sells that flow back to the market with pricing power. - FOIA-exempt during COVID-era congressional inquiries while smaller firms got dragged. - Founder Ken Griffin has ruled out an IPO for the foreseeable future, noting that listing would impose burdensome regulatory scrutiny!🧐 Virtu Financial: - 2023 SEC charge: Misled investors about “information barriers” trading desks may have accessed confidential client (issuer) data⁉️ - Accused in multiple spoofing and manipulation lawsuits, including the $NWBO case. - 2025 class action Survived dismissal over false disclosures on data safeguards. - Allegedly looted over $400M via insider-friendly buybacks (2025 pension fund lawsuit). - Dark pool controversies dating back to 2019, with fraud accusations in internal routing practices. Two Sigma, Jane Street, Hudson River Trading, Wolverine, IMC: - Run co-located servers at exchanges to beat retail by microseconds, trading on signals retail hasn’t even seen yet. - Use latency arbitrage to jump ahead of institutional orders and squeeze profits from pensions and retirement funds. - Employ quote stuffing and order layering to distort prices in nanoseconds, then deny responsibility when caught. - Dominate off-exchange trading (dark pools, internalizers) where retail and issuers have zero price discovery and no defense. - Some (soon all) now operate AI-driven “liquidity detection” systems, aka legalized predictive front-running in machine form! Do you understand what that means⁉️ What they all have in common: 1. They don’t “provide liquidity”; they just monetize your intent. 2. They profit from order flow opacity, regulatory capture, and engineered volatility. 3. They weaponize speed, not insight, and kill innovation by draining capital from the real economy. Their motto is: “We provide liquidity (cheap cheap).” But they really mean “We profit from your ignorance.” These firms you may fondly support aren’t market makers. They’re market takers, feeding you their breadcrumbs. But this year, karma doesn’t ring the bell at Nasdaq. It has arrived wearing executive orders, a court seal, and carrying Rule 2004 subpoenas, the kind now circling these names in MMAT’s Chapter 7 bankruptcy. What’s happening (not just in USA) is one of the greatest legal cons in modern capitalism. Influenced by foreign actors! HFTs being boosted with AI..It’s only going to get worse… unless the new administration does something about it. Watch!

Webull could lose 28 million customers - 85% of them in the U.S. as the company has been found to be linked to China's communist government.
🚨 WEBULL COULD LOSE ITS ABILITY TO OPERATE AS A BROKER-DEALER IN THE U.S. — 28 Million user's personal info is at risk. A bipartisan House committee says Webull is “tied in structural ways” to the People’s Republic of China 🇨🇳 including its: 🔥 Ownership structure 🔥 Technology infrastructure 🔥 Technical workforce 🔥 Cross-border data routing 🔥 Corporate financing 🔥 Compliance framework The committee says those connections create a national-security risk to the U.S. financial system and potentially expose American customer data to Chinese laws and government demands. ⚠️ Webull itself warns in its SEC filings that suspension or expulsion by its regulators could result in the broker-dealer’s liquidation. This congressional investigation is now raising questions about its regulatory standing in the United States which is an existential issue for the company. Forget the stock price for a second. If regulators ultimately determine Webull cannot satisfy U.S. broker-dealer requirements, the ability to operate its American brokerage is what could be on the line leading to a full-blown liquidation of the brokerage👀

🚨 AMC FUCKS SHORT SELLERS — REFINANCES DEBT TO NEXT DECADE & ALL-TIME RECORD 3RD QUARTER BOX OFFICE 💎🙌🦍TLDR — Shorts are FUCKED — WGBSFR! This is MASSIVE: 🔥 ~97% of AMC’s debt refinanced 🔥 Major maturities pushed all the way out to 2031 & 2033 🔥 Cost of capital reduced 🔥 Capital structure simplified 🔥 Nearly $2 BILLION of long-term debt + COVID lease deferrals paid down since 2020 👀 AMC’s remaining debt load is now down to $3.97 billion, with almost all of those maturities pushed years into the future. The remaining 3% is set to be PAID-OFF in the next few months. 🍿 AMC also says Q3 produced an ALL-TIME RECORD North American box office The debt wall bears have been screaming about for years just got paid-down and shoved into the NEXT DECADE with lower interest rates. Now combine that with a recovering box office, lower financing costs and AMC’s massive operating leverage. Things just got VERY interesting for AMC shareholders👀 @CEOAdam's full comments on the restructuring; “This transaction marks for all to plainly see a significant milestone for AMC. With this now-completed comprehensive refinancing of approximately 97% of our debt, we have materially extended almost all our debt maturities until October of 2031 and October of 2033, simplified our capital structure and reduced our cost of capital. AMC is now well positioned to thrive, as we welcome millions and millions of guests each and every week to our theatres throughout the world.” Aron continued, “The bold and creative capital markets actions we have implemented in recent years, paired with a resurgent box office and our impressive operating performance, have resulted in a substantial reduction in financial leverage and a stronger balance sheet. Recent corporate or instrument credit ratings upgrades, by all three major credit rating agencies, clearly reflect AMC’s considerable progress on this score.” Aron highlighted, “It is so immensely satisfying to us how deftly AMC has navigated these uncharted waters of the past six-plus years. Since 2020, AMC has paid down a total of nearly $2 billion of our long-term debt and COVID-related lease deferrals and has extended the maturity of what is in our view a manageable remaining debt-load of approximately $4 billion to 2031 and 2033. This is nothing less than a triumph for AMC.” Aron added, “We extend sincere thanks to all of our lenders, most notably Deutsche Bank Special Situations Group for their participation in this ambitious transaction. Our investment banking partners, particularly including Wells Fargo Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, Citigroup, and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, and our advisors, including Moelis & Company LLC and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP who have for years now brilliantly showcased their unique skills. Additionally, their confidence, support, and commitment to AMC have been crucial to the demonstrable progress that AMC has made in the tumultuous times of the past several years.” continued: “This all has taken place against the backdrop of an increasingly robust box office, including an all-time record third quarter North American box office. Looking ahead, we are highly optimistic as well about our prospects for the remainder of this year. An exciting film slate awaits us, especially including the December releases of DUNE: PART THREE and AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY, promising to close 2026 on a high note and carry that 2026 momentum into 2027.” Aron concluded, “A growing box office, a more efficient balance sheet, combined with disciplined execution on our part, position AMC to capitalize on the significant operating leverage inherent in our business. With continued box office growth and successful execution of our strategy, we firmly expect AMC to considerably expand EBITDA, improve free cash flow and deliver meaningful long-term value for our stakeholders.” #WGBSFR #IYKYK 💎🙌🦍

🇺🇸 4% OF THE WORLD’S POPULATION CONTROLS 26% OF GLOBAL GDP Think about that: 4% of the population = 26% of the global economy and growing. Treasury Secretary @SecScottBessent said on X today, "Two hundred and fifty years after America’s founding, our best days are the ones we are still building." Can America maintain this lead through the next economic cycle?

🚨 DTCC PREPARING FOR M.B.S. VOLATILITY The DTCC/FICC is increasing margin requirements from hedge funds and dealers during major volatility events for Commercial MBS and Treasury risk as real estate stress is exploding. Office delinquencies are now roughly 7.5× higher than December 2022. Highly leveraged firms will be required to post more collateral or reduce risk. That can mean smaller positions, tighter balance sheets and less liquidity flowing through funding markets. The bigger the exposure, the bigger the potential collateral hit. SO what should you watch? The Oct. 2 jobs report because it can still move Treasury yields and mortgage rates a lot if it comes in much stronger or weaker than expected.

The MMTLP U3 trading halt damaged over 124,000 retail investors per Next Bridge CEO @GregMcCabeJr. "You've heard of all the chaos around Gamestop, AMC, and what they refer to as "meme-stocks"... our price started running up then other people started hearing about it and that's when chaos reigned supreme... the volume was through the roof... People were talking all over (social media) about when they spin-out — shorts having to close their short positions (on the 9th and the 12th)." 🚨HOME SELLERS ARE OUTNUMBERED — There are now 563,000 MORE SELLERS THAN BUYERS in the US 🇺🇸 That’s the widest gap since 2013 In Nashville, Miami & Houston, sellers outnumber buyers by nearly 2-to-1 As of August 2026: 🏠 1.62 MILLION homes for sale 👥 972,000 active buyers This is becoming a serious buyer’s market. How much lower do you suspect home prices will go?
BREAKING: The average sales price for a new single-family home fell -$47,700 MoM in August, or -9.1%, to $478,700, the largest monthly drop on record. This is the lowest level since August 2024 and the 2nd-lowest level since September 2021. The decline was driven by a shift toward lower-priced homes, as builders cut prices and offered incentives to clear inventory. This comes as sales of homes under $300,000 rose to 22% of total sales last month from 19%, while sales of homes priced at $1 million+ fell to 4% from 6%. As a result, total new home sales jumped +6.4% MoM, to 684,000, their highest since December 2025. Meanwhile, median sales price fell -$24,200 YoY, or -5.8%, to $393,700, the 2nd-lowest reading since July 2021. US home prices are falling to keep sales alive.
