Robinhood's "Tokenized Stocks" are a threat to our national security: - Citadel is owner of Alpaca - Alpaca is broker & custodian of Robinhood's stock tokens (illegal in the USA, Canada, UK, etc) - Alpaca's doc's state the tokens can be loaned to institutions to SHORT (then LOANED again) - RH issues tokens outside the USA (so SEC can't stop them) - RH has to tell Alpaca when to buy shares to keep tokens 1:1 - RH polices themselves on 1:1 backing 🚔 - If RH doesn't tell Alpaca to buy shares, the tokens aren't 1:1 backed - RH hired a 3rd party to "verify" the 1:1 backing and report it 1-TIME PER YEAR (up to 15 months later) 🚨 Does this sound healthy for US financial markets? -- This is the OPPOSITE of Making America Great Again! -- REPOST & BOOKMARK!!! Robinhood CEO CAUGHT LYING Live On CNBC (He Was NOT Ready) My Reaction: Robinhood issues tokens, claims they're 1:1 backed, and "verifies" it themselves... 🚨 The 3rd-party verifier checks them ONCE PER YEAR... Talarico wants to trans your kids and destroy the border
James Talarico: “With every border wall, with every bathroom bill, we degrade our reputation and we dishonor our legacy.” He voted against border security nine times and against the bathroom bill to keep boys out of girls’ bathrooms. He'll do it again in Washington.

Underrated comment of the day
This is unprecedented. Micron, $MU, and Nvidia, $NVDA are expected to account for 36% of the S&P 500’s earnings growth in Q3 2026 earnings season. This comes as $MU and $NVDA are expected to contribute +5.2 and +4.6 percentage points to the index’s +27% YoY earnings growth, respectively. Meanwhile, the next 8 top contributors are projected to add +8.2 percentage points, accounting for ~30% of the estimated S&P 500’s net income growth. Then, the remaining 490 stocks are set to contribute just +9.2 percentage points, representing 34% of the index’s projected earnings growth. Excluding those top 10 contributors, earnings growth is estimated to decline -11% YoY in Q3. Never in history have we witnessed market concentration like this.

🚀 ELON MUSK JUST MOVED SPACEX’S $1 TRILLION REVENUE TARGET FORWARD BY TWO YEARS In June, Musk said SpaceX could reach $1 TRILLION in annual revenue by 2030 Now he says it happening by 2028 is no longer impossible... That’s NOT a small revision folks Elon is saying SpaceX could become a $1 TRILLION-A-YEAR revenue MACHINE within roughly 2 years. And after SpaceX just reported $14.58 BILLION in Q3 revenue, the acceleration is getting very real. 💫SpaceX may be in a completely different universe

🚨 BREAKING: SPACEX CRUSHES WALL STREET EXPECTATIONS SpaceX reportedly pulled in a staggering $14,580,000,000 in Q3 revenue. NOTE: IN ONE QUARTER!!! The company is scaling at a level most public tech giants would kill for and it’s still private. Elon Musk may be building the most valuable private company on Earth.

🚨BREAKING: THE U.S. HOUSING MARKET IS BREAKING Pending Home Sales collapsed 7.3% in September to the LOWEST LEVEL EVER! At the same time, 44% of U.S. homes for sale are undergoing price cuts as the mortgage-rate shock keeps buyers sidelined with 30-year rates near 7.5%. This is worse than 2008, worse than COVID. Buyers are disappearing, sellers are desperately cutting prices, and transactions are falling apart nationwide. Are you cheering on the correction or hoping the bleeding stops?

Ryan Cohen can issue an extension of GME Warrants anytime before the 5 pm expiry on October 30 Some speculate he won't do it in order to get discovery against short sellers through a lawsuit I still think he extends the expiration before the 30th at 5pm
It’s not over, yet! According to GameStop’s official SEC filings (including the Warrant Agreement filed as Exhibit 4.1 and subsequent Descriptions of Securities), the company has strictly outlined what it can and cannot do regarding changes to the expiration date and strike price. The exact legal framework from the filings dictates the following terms: 1. Extending the Expiration Date GameStop explicitly reserves the right to extend the expiration date without the consent of the warrant holders. The Rule: The company and the Warrant Agent (Computershare) may amend the agreement unilaterally to "extend the Expiration Date". The Logic: Because extending the deadline gives warrant holders more time for the stock price to recover, it is legally viewed as an amendment that does not "adversely affect the rights of any holder in any material respect". Therefore, Ryan Cohen and the board can authorize an extension at will. Automatic Extensions: The filing also notes that if the underlying Common Stock Shelf Registration Statement is ever suspended or non-effective (an "Exercise Suspension Period"), the Expiration Date will automatically extend by the greater of 5 business days or the length of the suspension. 2. Lowering the Strike Price Similarly, GameStop has the unilateral authority to decrease the strike price to benefit holders. The Rule: The SEC filing specifies that the company may amend the agreement without holder consent to "decrease the Strike Price or increase the Warrant Exercise Rate". The Logic: Lowering the strike price (for example, from $32.00 to $25.00) makes the warrants more valuable and closer to being "in the money". Because this is inherently beneficial to the asset holder, no shareholder or warrant holder vote is legally required to execute it. The Legal Loophole Because the agreement grants GameStop the unilateral right to amend and extend the contract—as long as it does not negatively impact the warrant holder—Ryan Cohen and the board could comply with the SEC filing by issuing the mandatory reminder, and then legally step in to execute an extension at any point before the final 5:00 PM deadline on October 30. sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/…

🚨 WALL STREET MAY BE RUNNING THE SITUATIONAL AWARENESS PLAYBOOK ON VARA RIGHT NOW This is starting to look eerily similar to what happened to Situational Awareness in July 📅 — Look at what’s happening now: 👀 Rumors are circulating that Value Aligned Research Advisors (VARA) is getting annihilated by short-sellers Situational Awareness lost 67% in ONE MONTH and got hammered into ultimately unloading most of its $16 BILLION public-equity portfolio — with a large portion to Ken Griffin’s Citadel at a steep discount Citadel then rapidly shed more than 80% of the acquired risk, executing nearly 100 block trades worth over $4 BILLION ! Now look at VARA — VARA already lost 44% in July and had major overlap with Situational Awareness across names like CoreWeave, Bloom Energy, IREN, Applied Digital and other crowded AI-infrastructure trades. The firm managed roughly $26.4 BILLION at the end of June Today the pain is concentrated across that same ecosystem: $CRWV $NBIS $IREN $MU $SNDK $STX $WDC $COHR But the question I’m asking isn’t simply, “IS VARA BLOWING UP?” The bigger question is — WHO IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE LIQUIDATION? We literally watched this play out 3 months ago; - Highly leveraged AI fund gets trapped in crowded positions - Short-sellers pile on and margin pressure explodes - The fund is forced into an asset fire-sale to salvage what remains - Giant trading firm steps in and buys the portfolio at a steep discount So if VARA is now being forced to liquidate, somebody on Wall Street is certainly trying to position themselves on the profitable side of that forced sale — just as Citadel did when Situational Awareness unloaded its book. And VARA is NOT some tiny fund. Its June 13F reported $40.1 BILLION in stock and options exposure across 123 positions, including substantial options notional. So now I’m watching three things: - WATCH THE BLOCK TRADES. - WATCH THE PRIME BROKERS. - WATCH THESE OVERLAPPING AI NAMES. Because if forced selling is driving this move, the tape could get VIOLENT before the seller is finished as proven by the CBOE VIX today! And if that’s what we’re witnessing? 🔥 THIS COULD BE ONE OF THE BEST AI-BUYING OPPORTUNITIES RETAIL HAS SEEN IN YEARS!

🚨 THE VIX JUST TRIGGERED A RARE MONDAY SIGNAL The VIX jumped 20%+ on Friday. Since 2020, that setup has been followed by: S&P 500 green Monday: 7 of 9 times — 78% Nasdaq green Monday: 8 of 9 times — 89% Average Monday move: S&P +0.39% Nasdaq +0.84% But the miss can be brutal — Aug. 5, 2024 saw the S&P fall 3.0% and Nasdaq 3.4%. So Monday may come down to one of two likely possibilities 🔥 BIG RELIEF RALLY OR ANOTHER VOLATILITY CASCADE

I am not going away @vladtenev @DanGallagher AMC Entertainment does not consent to Robinhood creating Stock Tokens to replicate AMC shares in the United States (the SEC requires you to get our consent, or failing that, at least with us to stand down). They are fake, synthetic shares, which could impact our capital structure. AMC should control our financial destiny, not Robinhood.

Major problems hit north Texas as H1-B families abandon homes and cars after being laid off They’re not packing up and moving. They’re disappearing. More than 10 families in Celina and Melissa, just north of Dallas, lost their jobs, bought one-way tickets back home, and left everything behind. The house. The cars. The furniture. All of it. They reportedly couldn’t sell because values in some of these neighborhoods dropped almost $100,000. Couldn’t cover the mortgage either. So the homes sit empty, sliding toward foreclosure Here’s the math nobody wants to say out loud. You’re on an H-1B and you lose your job, you’ve got 60 days to find a new sponsor or leave the country. No sponsor means no visa. No visa means no income. No income means the keys stay on the counter and we all eat the damage. Collin County is down 9% year over year. Celina is sitting on 50 months of lot supply. One builder went from 70% of his sales to South Asian buyers down to under 30%, with 125 unsold homes on the ground Entire neighborhoods got built on one visa program where immigrants got more liberties than American citizens. Nobody said it out loud when it was working. Now the buyers are gone and everybody’s acting surprised 🙄 I know a lot of Realtors here. This isn’t a market cooling off. This is our market getting gutted. And if you own a home north of Dallas, you’re already paying for it... What are you seeing in your neighborhood?
