Uefa paid off an alleged mistress of Gianni Infantino while he was its general secretary, The Telegraph can disclose.
The woman received a six-figure sum after the alleged relationship with Mr Infantino while he was a top official at European football’s governing body.

BREAKING: Joe Brolly parts ways with Mayo club days from start of Championship mayonews.ie/sport/gaa/breaki…
Today I join others from across our game and call for Gianni Infantino to resign as FIFA President.
Infantino has debased the office that he promised to elevate. He has lied, deceived and tried to feather his own nest at the expense of the game he is supposed to serve.
He has lost the support of his senior staff, his closest advisers, the vast majority of people who devote their lives to this sport and even, it would seem, the FIFA Peace Prize winner.
It is too late to save his dignity but it is not too late to save football. He should go. Now.

The New York Knicks went 53 years without an NBA championship. Arsenal waited 22 years to lift another Premier League trophy.
But Mayo's All-Ireland title win in Gaelic football blew this year's high-profile sporting exorcisms out of the water.
Entering the Boston Red Sox’s “Curse of the Bambino” territory, Mayo went 75 years without success, losing 11 finals after an Irish priest supposedly condemned the team's celebrations following their 1951 title win.

Finding this quite hard to stomach from a country that is bombing the shit out of other countries…

I haven't seen Declan Rice perform this well in a game he believes shouldn't matter since he played for Ireland

Not even Roy Keane could deliver a takedown as brutal as this. And they are right as well!

Crazy to think that 10 years later, he’d end up playing under Carrick. Football timelines make absolutely no sense 😭 xitter.cf/Sennelammensbg/status/…

Let me rephrase my tweet earlier,
As an Irish person I hope Max Holloway beats the living sh1t out of Conor The Notorious Rapist Mcgregor so much that he needs to have something surgically removed from his a$$ later. Conor is absolutely hated in Ireland by everyone apart from a few rape supporters.

Mayo need to win today because Kobe McDonald is too good of a player not to experience what its like to lose an All Ireland final before he goes to Australia – at Nacka, Sverige
