Matt Nagy *should* be the Jets’ head coach in 2027 (Nagy should have been hired when Aaron Glenn was). Unfortunately for Jets fans, Jon Gruden *will* be the Jets’ head coach in 2027.
The Texans have to move on from one of Ryans/Stroud after the season. You could even argue both. But the combo sure as hell has no chance of ever working out.
John Harbaugh benching Cam Skattebo got the message across and will probably lead to the Giants winning the NFC East without Jaxson Dart. A real head coach can have an amazing impact!
Jake is one of the Jets fans who is smart enough to know that this is ultimately a good thing. Aaron Glenn is not a head coach. The only way to get Woody to realize that was with an embarrassing showing at home with a chance for a competitive season on the line.
Fire Glenn today and just let Rex coach the team the rest of the season. The Jets will still suck but at least they’ll be more entertaining.
In all seriousness, losing this game is great for the Jets long-term. They have no hope if Aaron Glenn is back next year to pick/ruin a rookie QB. They need to be a disaster for the owner to fire him. They have a 0.01% chance of future relevance with another HC. Infinitely better
If @woodyjohnson4 was competent in any way or gave a shit about his franchise he’d fire Aaron Glenn the moment this game ends. But he isn’t and he doesn’t.
The Dolphins hadn’t led in a game all season. It took them one drive to go right down the field against Aaron Glenn’s defense and take a lead.
Holy crap. Don’t think I’ve ever seen an NFL team allow a TD like that. Pathetic effort from the Bears defense.
No owner can make a serious case as to how a salary cap benefits baseball because there isn’t one. It’s all about owners’ greed. A cap does nothing for me or you, my team or your team. It increases franchise values. Any owner who implies that ticket prices will go down is lying.
Brewers owner Mark Attanasio tells us why baseball, while in a “great place,” needs a cap. “It’s been 44 years, and … there’s a sense in the community it might be another 44 years.”

It’s hard to hear at @TioALnyc’s watch party but did that trailer have Walton Goggins doing his Uncle Baby Billy voice in a Disney movie?

Mike McCarthy could have called timeout with a little over 30 seconds remaining to give his team a chance to respond with a GW FG or let the Bucs rush their FG with the regular game ball. He chose neither. Too many coaches are clueless!
The Jets cover! The missed PAT was huge! (And other Patriots miscues leaving 10+ points on the table)
