That's a staggering number. Why have they not been deported, or is applying the law 'Trumpian' and, therefore, bad?
"the number of people now living in Australia with a failed protection visa claim exceeds 111,000, according to Home Affairs data" Australia is seemingly utterly incapable of adapting to this new world of mass grifters and charlatans. smh.com.au/politics/federal/…

A 60-year-old dad in hospital with facial fractures and a brain bleed for defending his own signs, in front of his wife and kids. When Helen Haines was targeted it was wall-to-wall coverage for days. Political violence is wrong no matter whose signs they are. Albanese should say so today. #AusPol

I have met Richard Marles (and many other politicians over the decades) several times. On one occasion, I asked him a simple question about parking at Geelong train station. He fumbled, stammered and was unable to form a coherent sentence. I was so embarrassed for him, I ended it by saying: "I can see you're struggling, so I'll leave that with you to think about." He has no presence, no substance and no gravitas. I'd have much more respect for him were he a hard-headed bastard who opposed everything I support. Instead he's a feckless, effete milquetoast.
𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐍 𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐄? Often, with political polls, it’s what the headline figures don’t tell us, or the responses to specific questions, that provide the greatest insight. And these latest Newspoll polling figures released last night are a case in point. These are five senior ministers in the Albanese govt, yet look at the percentage of Australians surveyed who have never even heard of them. 54% have never heard of Richard Marles, the Deputy Prime Minister & Defence Minister. Another 54% have never heard of Mark Butler, the Health Minister. And the figures for Burke, Bowen and Plibersek aren’t exactly reassuring either. And Burke is responsible for immigration!! These are people making decisions that affect our lives, our economy & our country’s future. How can voters properly scrutinise those responsible for governing them if they don’t even know who they are? It’s a question worth asking. Source: Pyxis Polling & Insights for The Australian, 26–29 October 2026. 1,200 voters surveyed.

This government is self destructing.
Today's decision by the RBA was widely expected, but that doesn't make it any easier for families and businesses. It's difficult news for many Australians who are already paying a hefty price for circumstances outside their control. We take responsibility for our part of the fight against inflation, which is why we're finding savings at the same time as we roll out relief.

Anthony Albanese has sent David Jones into administration. Despite trading in Australia since 1838 and surviving world wars, recessions, and even the Great Depression, David Jones cannot survive Albanese. The iconic retailer enters administration this week.

And @Tony_Burke - the betrayer - is considered a suitable replacement for @AlboMP when he gets rolled!
Don’t forget Burke decided that a Zambian sex offender with 100 + convictions, including the rape of a 3 yo boy, is not to be deported ….because of “hardship" he could face returning to Zambia!! Our children deserve better than a minister who prioritises child abusers over public safety

"It shouldn't be up for debate for people to cast their own perspectives and options," she said. "Where's it going to end? We are constantly, as Aboriginal people, being used as a political tool, which is really sad. Yes, indeed, as a political tool to divide us along race lines instead of promoting unity. abc.net.au/news/2026-11-03/l…

A trainwreck interview is coming back to haunt the Prime Minister. Anthony Albanese promised to get the Port of Darwin “back into Australian hands” But there’s no sign of it happening. Listen to the details HERE. 🎧omny.fm/shows/ben-fordham-fu…🎧

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has had an encounter with King Charles on the sidelines of the CHOGM meeting in Antigua. "[They] said today at my press conference, 'Why are you, why are you here?' Because His Majesty invited me," Albanese told the king. "Oh God, it's all my fault, oh no," Charles replied.
