The public internet will not survive the AI revolution. My best guess as to what replaces it is AI to AI communication protocols and relationship graphs built on how well the AI understands you. Most SaaS apps will die and what remains will end up as ephemeral modules - a subset of what the intelligence working for you occasionally develops, maintains and uses on your behalf to assist in achieving your true goals. Every individual and business will have their own AI Agent that represents them. You can think of this like an 'Agent in a Box' - you will get AI voice, video, text, images; literally all modalities so cheap it's basically free. For businesses, most will end up using open weight AI models for these agents in a box, since they won't want their proprietary data leaking to the frontier model providers, and will want to control the 'learning loop' derived from their verified business history, payments and customer and interactions. Now this is where it gets interesting. I think most businesses will use open weight models for agents in a box, but then these agents will post to a decentralised, common, privacy-preserving protocol that stores verifiable facts about that business and their operations. You can think of this as the modern day AI equivalent of what Google My Business currently is. Once that stuff goes on-chain, guess what? Now when users ask their AI to 'find me a mechanic near me' it checks the protocol for the best match based on data that cannot be faked - real payments data, for example, and real reviews from biometrically signed humans. In this way, almost all interactions start with the AI, get mediated between other AIs, and help match user intent based on the on-chain, privacy-preserved data. Since each AI will also have a very deep knowledge graph of who everyone is (it will have all your data and you will talk to it all the time), they will be able to use this same protocol for all types of matching services and escrow, basically eliminating the old web 2.0 two sided marketplaces entirely. All sorts of other use cases open up once this stuff becomes available, like clearing houses for agents, pooled aggregate demand for group buying, representative democracy that is actually representiative, insurance, auditing, etc because all interactions involving actual business interactions will be transparent, but private and verifiable. And that is how the new AI-first 'internet' is born. Websites, SaaS apps, all that other crap, gets subsumed by the intelligence and generated on the fly. Intelligence is all that matters in the end, it is a black hole.

The RBA is one of the institutions most responsible for Australia's decline, particularly since RBA gov. Glenn Stevens kept cutting rates while he 'couldnt see signs of a bubble'. By keeping interest rates too low for too long, the RBA distorted the economy and created an army

Please help look for sponsors for a low budget feature film called Marooned, that deals with suicide. Already in post-production, it is an adaptation of a play that has been in production for 9 years. It's been used by psychotherapists and mental health workers in the UK. The aim now it to reach as many people as possible, especially men - given that we are losing 9 male lives to suicide every day. Please email for more info [email protected] Or donate here - artists.australianculturalfu…

This is for the fools who think they know so much about aviation mocking the woman. The Lear jet fell from 35,000 ft to 10K ft in 1 min! This plane fell 7000 ft. It’s real easy to speak idiocy from a keyboard vs actually experiencing it.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The video uses real ATC audio from a 2009 Cessna 172 N9815L incident (VFR into IMC, spin recovery with Fort Dodge FSS help; pilot landed safely). Visuals are a Microsoft Flight Simulator recreation, not real cockpit footage. youtube.com/watch?v=dh9bq0… youtube.com/watch?v=rnDmqg…
