Am I the only one bothered that Tony Danza is clearly out at the plate in the Who’s the Boss? opening credits?

Cool seeing a players journey from college to the pros and to the biggest stages. We interviewed Sam on the field at USC after beating Notre Dame- he's overcome a great deal to be at this stage. Denny Green used to say: "Just because you haven't, doesn't mean you can't!."

I wish I could go back to 1985 and explain to people that in the future you have to win the Rose Bowl to play in the Peach Bowl.

Former USC captain and running back Petros Papadakis commented on the end of the historic Notre Dame and USC rivalry, which has been played nearly 100 years, saying:
“They’ve capitulated to a coach who’s not from here, who understands very little, it seems, about USC football. Coaches come and go. ADs come and go. We’ve lost SC/Dame, and I blame Lincoln Riley and the weak leadership at USC for allowing this to happen.”
Lincoln Riley was previously the head coach at Oklahoma for five seasons before leaving for USC ahead of the 2022 season. Since arriving in Los Angeles, Riley has coached 52 games, posting a 35–17 record, and is 1–3 against Notre Dame.
The rivalry between USC and Notre Dame has spanned generations and was only previously interrupted by World War II and COVID. Its pause has sparked backlash from USC fans and former players, many of whom view the decision as a failure to protect one of college football’s most historic traditions.

While Ron Darling is known for his time with the New York Mets, he played for the Oakland A's from 1991-95. And having worn the A's uniform before, Darling said he's "appalled" by the organization's transgressions in the past six months.

The A's playing in Sacramento would be a personal dream come true. My favorite baseball team coming to play in my hometown...
...and still I say no. Call it stubbornness or pride, but watching Sacramento give Fisher another handout makes me sick. Not to mention Sacramento playing a part in the A's leaving Oakland, after everything we went through with the Kings, just feels gross and wrong.

When the Cavaliers signed Michael P.S. Hayes in 1977 it shifted the entire fucking balance of power in the NBA. Only about 16 people are gonna get this but 14 of those will laugh. And that’s good enough for me.
