I asked an AI agent to make me money. It did. This is one of the best videos I've ever made. I rarely post my YT videos here to X unless I am especially proud of them. This is a rare one. YT link is in the comments if that's your preference.

Publishing and producing entertainment ASSISTED by AI is the biggest opportunity of the decade. A solo author can go from book, to manga, to anime, to full length movie with a small team and shoe string budget. It going to start making creative types rich af soon.

TL;DR of my new article: Reverse Engineer Anything went from 40 to 229k GitHub stars in 12 days. I ran /last30days 13 times and cut 100+ posts down to the 8 things people actually took apart: 🖥️ A bug in hardware you own: a researcher found a hole in their own Dell monitor's firmware in 15 minutes with a Ghidra MCP. 🔍 One feature, with evidence: Obsidian's quick switcher rebuilt and checked against the real app across 4,915 queries. 🔑 What your build leaks: the hidden unlock code in a stripped Mac app, recovered straight from the binary. ❄️ The vendor app you hate: the most-liked post in the sweep was @icanberk (22,478 likes) reverse-engineering their AC by having Codex watch an emulator's network calls. 🎮 A whole game: 500 billion tokens, 99% of functions back, 83% byte-exact. The trick: "A simple PASS or FAIL signal would be enough." 🕹️ Games you own: universal-modder from @rehan_shei, and dozens of old games ported to the browser. 🛠️ IDA for your agent: Hex-Rays shipped an official IDA MCP server, free and open source. ✅ Ground truth: REA's claims about Red Alert checked against EA's GPL source. 7 of 8 right. 🎨 The Adobe clones: the biggest videos of the week were about Photoshop and Premiere rebuilt in Rust. Everyone credited REA. The repos say clean-room, from public specs.

Anthropic will pay you $3,850 a week to do AI research with their team. You don't need prior experience to apply. The Anthropic Fellows Program: • $3,850/week (about $66K over 4 months) • About $15K/month in compute, paid for • Mentored by Anthropic researchers • 4 months full-time, with a chance to extend • The goal is a real public output, like a published paper Their words: "regardless of previous experience." The deadline for the January cohort is Oct 18. That's 6 days away. Most people will see this after it closes. Bookmark it and send it to the smartest person you know. Someone will give you $50,000 to build whatever you want. No equity. No reporting. No pitch deck. Spend it on anything. It's called the Basis Fellowship. • $50,000 cash per fellow • Open to anyone: engineers, scientists, operators, builders • The application takes about 10 minutes • Rolling. Apply anytime • Didn't make the cohort? They may still give you $3,000 Their words: "We take nothing and expect nothing." Most people will never hear about this. Bookmark it and send it to the one builder friend who needs it. Link below 👇 basisfellowship.org/

As I posted before, I've cancelled almost all of the SaaS subscriptions for my business The only thing I still pay for as a business: - AI inference - Hetzner server hosting - Cloudflare storage - Backblaze backups - Taxes Now I started cancelling personal subscriptions too and just vibecoding my own versions or using Claude to take an open source project that does the same and then customize it for myself All I still pay for personally is: - Claude Code - YouTube (content) - Spotify (content) - Starlink (internet) - Phone eSIM - Personal cloud storage - Electricity and water (utility) - Taxes So if we summarize it for both, I only still pay for: - AI inference - Content - Cloud storage & hosting - Connectivity - Electricity & water - Taxes So to summarize all my money now goes to: - Content - Data centers - Power plants + water - Governments I think we'll be facing a tidal wave of cancellations once people find out how much money they can save It's just how the economy works
the fundamental basic economics misunderstanding that ppl have esp on here is that they think normal ppl need to use models to build their own software to be disrupted. they obviously don't & they obviously won’t. but even if just 1% of the population can build software, that's enough to flood the entire supply side with millions of new products collapsing the cost to near zero. you absolutely don't need universal adoption to destroy scarcity. you just need enough producers to overwhelm demand. you can feel this now already. i never pay for software because i just ask claude to point to something like a chrome extension or a mac app & it’s just there. at some point your agents will also auto update & maintain your software automatically too.

8 Cinematic Lighting Setups Every AI Filmmaker Should Know 1. “Cinematic lighting” is not a lighting setup Real cinematographers think in controllable choices: → Where is the source? → Which direction does it hit the face? → Is it soft or hard? → How dark is the shadow side? → What motivates the light? → How does the subject separate from the background? That is the information an AI model can actually visualize. 2. Lighting patterns describe the face Rembrandt, Butterfly, Loop and Split are not interchangeable “cinematic looks.” → Rembrandt: one side lit, far cheek darker, small triangle of light beneath the far eye. → Butterfly: key high and near camera axis, creating the small symmetrical shadow directly beneath the nose. → Loop: nose shadow falls slightly downward and sideways without joining the cheek shadow. → Split: roughly half the face illuminated, half predominantly shadowed. The pattern comes from the relationship between the light, face and camera. 3. Soft vs hard light is about shadow quality Soft light: → gradual transitions → softer shadow edges → gentler facial contrast Hard light: → sharp shadow edges → stronger texture → more graphic separation Neither one is automatically “more cinematic.” Choose based on what the scene needs. 4. Motivated light usually feels more believable If a lamp is visible frame-right, the actor should not look strongly lit from frame-left for no reason. Use believable sources: → window → desk lamp → television → fire → streetlight → neon sign → headlights Then let that source determine the direction, color and shadow behavior. 5. Lighting changes how we read the character The same actor can feel completely different depending on the light. → open shadows can make more information visible → selective darkness can create mystery → side light can emphasize conflict or structure → backlight can isolate or elevate a subject → practical light can make a scene feel grounded → silhouette can deliberately hide identity Lighting is storytelling before it is decoration. 6. Prompt the visible result Weak: “Cinematic portrait, dramatic lighting.” Better: “Medium close-up of a man seated in a dark office. Large soft key from camera-left, slightly above eye level, gradual shadow falloff across the opposite cheek, minimal frontal fill, natural catchlight in the eyes, realistic skin texture, warm desk lamp in the background, background darker than the subject.” That prompt gives the model something concrete to build. A simple framework: SOURCE → DIRECTION → HEIGHT → QUALITY → SHADOW → FILL → BACKGROUND And one more rule: Do not write the lighting as an isolated keyword list. Put it inside the full scene prompt. Shot + subject + action + environment + lighting + camera behavior . . PS:) Follow for more! . .
