Fair! Its kinda crazy how studios have a big hit then have to look at themselves and go “ok now do it again and make 500 million”

I’ve already had a few comments about how refreshing it is to get instant feedback on features / art that can be iterated on same day. Many times the art team would suggest a change or design a character and be forced to wait 2 weeks for a meeting with managers. I think layers of management and too much staff bloated the game industry. Then you have 90-200 people who are taking salaries monthly and all of a sudden you need 20-30 million a year to just exist. Now management refuses to take risk and make the 9th remake with reused assets to save money
