Advice: Try to play FPL your way for one season. I know there's a ton of info online about what transfers to make from experts, AI models etc., but if you want to randomly bring in a Bournemouth player and captain him, DO IT. Play like you want and see how fun the game is.
You’ve really missed the #FPL golden years if you’ve just started playing in the last 10 years. Don’t get me wrong, I still love playing the game but it’s nothing compared to the game it used to be.

More free points for other teams. How can you be a serious club? What are they scared of? Can't wait for the Amazon documentary.
Michael Carrick will be given more time to turn Manchester United's fortunes around after a meeting of the club's hierarchy on Monday. Carrick's position as head coach appeared under serious threat following Sunday's 3-0 defeat at home to Bournemouth, a result which left United 16th and without a win in their last eight matches in all competitions. However, following talks on Monday between the club's senior leadership figures, including co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe, CEO Omar Berrada and director of football Jason Wilcox, the decision has been made to give Carrick and the players more time. The only good thing about the club at the moment but the media, ex players and some fans can't and won't appreciate him for everything that he has done for the club. I just can't understand or believe a few things that I read here. Maybe they just need some engagement bcoz WTF?
Ranked at the 27th place of the 2026 Ballon d’Or @B_Fernandes8 @ManUtd @selecaoportugal #ballondor

For anyone who knew Stevie (@FPLLama) theres a justgiving in his name. I don't know if anyone in the FPL community knew about his passing, but lets show him the same love he gave to everyone he knew. justgiving.com/page/jacqueli…

It wasn't difficult to see that we weren't good at the end of last season. If I could tell just by watching 90 min games, what are Berrada and Wilcox doing with a position in power? Do NOT get another ex player as a manager again. This job is too big. It's only going to her ugly.
I don't think Carrick should be offered the manager role at the end of the season. I know the results have been good but today wasn't a comprehensive performance and we have been shaky for the last 4-5 games or so. We definitely need someone else to take us to the next level.

So all Carrick has done, is replace Bruno with Mount? Same system. Only one natural wide player. Two of the defence OOP again and Tielemans starting again despite being appalling and also calling out the manager midweek. This fucking guy.

Stop this nonsense of taking it easy on Carrick and booing the players only. I know the club won't sack him. He will release a video with sack looking like mutual separation. This club's focus should be on winning games. Not this emotional BS. WHAT NEXT? WHERE ARE YOU HEADING?
Emotional exit by Michael Carrick as fans sing his name. A farewell? Supporters turn on players once Carrick down tunnel. #MUFC

I knew we were going to lose by at least 2 goals today. Carrick should have been sacked after Tottenham but they let him run the circus for 4 more games now. Now all the fickle minds are after Bruno bcoz they just need a reason to attack him. What he said in the press conference

..was right. The team is not moving forward, and the coach has agreed himself. What is all the fuss about? @Carra23 saying nobody likes playing with him? Wow! That's a new low, even for him. The club needs a reset. Owners. CEO. Sporting director. Manager. Players. #CarrickOut

I see the passion from Carrick but I do not understand the need for it in a press conference. If he's calling out the players for being selfish and not working for the badge, message received and maybe it's a good thing. How does he think he can turn it from here? Have no clue.

What message is the outgoing manager going to give? He should have been sacked by now. If not, Bournemouth is his last game. We are going to lose one more game in the PL, pretty badly.
Would you drop Bruno on Saturday if you were Carrick to send a message out to the rest of the team ?

Yup. Attack him. He clearly is not thinking about the club and its future.
🚨 Bruno Fernandes: “Everyone at the club should understand that we are NO longer in the past”. “We should look at the future, not at the past”, told Sky Italy.

Who would have thought...
113 - Bruno Fernandes has made more high-intensity pressures in the opposition half than any other midfielder in the UEFA Champions League this season. Unaccompanied.

Dalot, Maz, Maguire, Shaw, Mount, Zirkzee, Ugarte needs to leave ASAP. It can't get better for these players. Rashford, Cunha, Licha, de Ligt needs to step the fu*k up.

Harry Maguire would have said "not good enough, we need to play better, I'm sorry for the fans" and Jamie Carragher would have applauded. Just look back at how many times Maguire would have said the same sh*t every year. Nothing changes. Instead, call them all out.
Jamie Carragher on Bruno Fernandes questioning Michael Carrick's tactics: “For Bruno Fernandes to do that, it's a disgrace. When you think about last season, he got player of the year. That was on the back of Michael Carrick becoming the manager. He wouldn't have got that award without Carrick. Carrick put him back in his rightful position. And he then went on to have a fantastic season because he's a talented footballer. But when you think of him as a footballer, he's a talent. But in terms of attitude and the way he goes about things, it's not right at all. And he's reacted like that because he's been brought off." [@CBSSportsGolazo]

I was critical on Carrick because he seemed dumb to not realize the situation was bad and keeps iterating the same sh*t that all is good, it's positive etc., now that the mask is off and he openly apologized for the performance, I kind of feel bad for him.
