Then it was a horrendous decision.
Andy Reid also said the decision to not play Kingsley Suamataia on offense was not punishment related.

Chiefs get all the calls…..🙄
Which NFL teams get the most favorable penalty first-down calls? Here's every team's net penalty first-down advantage this season: 1. CHI + 11 2. HOU +9 ... 30. SF -8 31. BAL -10 32. KC -11

There was a very slight flinch on the false start that negated the Chiefs' winning touchdown. From that perspective, there was validity to the call. But also, that is perhaps overly tight officiating. It has nothing to do with the game situation. If that's going to be called, it's tough to have a legal snap of the ball.

It’s my first year watching the NFL, so forgive me if this is a stupid question. Does Kansas City get screwed by the refs every single week, or is today just another coincidence? Genuinely curious.

The refs call penalties on us to the letter of the fuckin law, but when teams commit penalties against us the refs let a lot of shit go…shit’s getting old

I think this is being glossed over more and more when it shouldn't. Replay Assist sure was quick to make a correction on Johnson's step out (it was the right call). But where in the fuck was Replay Assist when the Zebra's botched the distance on 4th down. Also true: WTF wasn't a Chiefs staffer yelling at Andy to challenge that spot. Lastly, the false start call is soft as baby shit especially when you go back and watch how much movement Denver's RT had all game. I cathartically release/type all of that to say this: if your Win/Loss chances are left in the hands of a game official, you're fucked. You didn't do enough earlier in the game to win it outright.
Sean Payton can get the crew to back a couple minutes in time to change the return marker. But Andy cant get them to reset the clock when they change the down and distance from 2 yards to 2 inches while the punt crew is lining up.

Whether it was a false start or not, the narrative that the Chiefs get all of the calls has been dead for years now. Anybody who says otherwise doesn’t watch the games or simply has a narrative to push. I think it’s clear the NFL has made a point to over-scrutinize the Chiefs
Should Jaylon Moore have been called for a false start on this play? 🤔

Turning the head is never called a penalty in this league... until today...on the game-winning touchdown pass.
#CHIEFS FANS ARE LIVID: A CONTROVERSIAL FALSE START FLAG ON #77 ERASED WHAT LOOKED LIKE A GAME-WINNING MAHOMES-TO-RASHEE RICE TOUCHDOWN. HE NEVER MOVED EARLY, AND THE REFS COST KANSAS CITY THE GAME. THIS ANGLE IS AWFUL. WOW. WOW. WOW.

Mahomes drove down the field and won that game. False start gets called to take the touchdown off the board. When they replay it you see absolutely no false start while in slow motion frame for frame. Someone needs to put their foot down and start handing out suspensions that ACTUALLY impact the refs lives because there is literally no penalty for the refs who can blatantly throw an entire game.

Is he not allowed to look at the QB for the silent count?? How the fuck does this negate a game winning TD throw?

WHAT AN AWFUL CALL: THE #CHIEFS HAD A GAME-WINNING PATRICK MAHOMES TOUCHDOWN PASS TO RASHEE RICE WIPED OUT BY A FALSE START ON #77. HE DID NOT GO EARLY. THE REFS THREW A FLAG WITH FOUR SECONDS LEFT. KANSAS CITY WAS ROBBED OF A TOUCHDOWN:

What an absolute EMBARRASSMENT. Can't get a freaking yard from the 1 yard line because you refuse to sneak the ball, WITH A TIME OUT. YOU HAVE MULTIPLE CHANCES AT IT. WELL DESERVED LOSS.

If Donald Trump announced that he was adding 4 new Supreme Court Justices today, legacy media would call him a dictator and Articles of Impeachment would be filed by Monday. But Democrats are running on it…

Does Margaret actually believe that six members of my family serving NH at the local, state and federal level is an effort to confuse? (We call it public service). I think what voters are actually confused about is whether Margaret Brennan works for CBS News or as spokeswoman for the Democratic Party. Lazy, dumb AND biased - all at once!
Fox is reporting that CBS's Face the Nation host Margaret Brennan was one of those objecting to pursuing the Peltola scandal. Brennan allegedly compared a decoy candidate to voters being confused by different Sununu brothers who have run for office... foxnews.com/media/bari-weiss…
