open sourcing something i've been building + using: everclaw — a personal assistant built on durable execution.
the idea: agents should be long-lived and control their own execution over time.
start work, sleep for hours/days, wait on events, then pick up exactly where they left off.
other bits:
- built on top of absurd (github.com/earendil-works/ab…)
- agents can extend themselves at runtime (skills, tools, MCP configs)
- 5 channels (telegram, discord, slack, whatsapp, gmail). each is just an adapter file
- runs on just postgres
