Try #LindsayClancy again. And again if you have to. Until there is justice for these precious babies. Praise God for one man with stubborn courage who wouldn’t roll over and let these children be forgotten so easily.

"He chose us... He predestined us.... For this reason, because I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love toward all the saints, I do not cease to give thanks...." God's soveriegn choice ought to lead us to gratitude. We ought not brag about what we had no say in.

Exactly the opposite. I deserve nothing, certainly not election. There is nothing in me that He would choose. But He did choose me. I can’t get over it. All I can do is worship and love Him because He chose and loved this unlovely sack of filth. Election cuts the root of self-righteousness and pride. All glory be to Christ.

The corn and the peas mixed means that it's not in the USA. It would either be mixed vegetables or peas-and-carrots or peas-and-corn-separate in the midwest. IMHO

Some people worry that because they're not articulate or charismatic in explaining the reasons for their Christian beliefs that they're not justified. That's not true. Regardless of whether you can convincingly explain your reasons, you're justified in your beliefs. God is real, Jesus saves, and that doesn't depend on your persuasion skills. If you're not an eloquent speaker or writer and you want to fulfill 1 Peter 3:15, be a living example of the hope that you have. I still remember the quiet examples of the Christians I encountered as an atheist and how that planted seeds.

@ChrisMartzWX My daughter has a book that alleges that polar ice is shrinking and that polar bears could go extinct. You wouldn't happen to have any facts pertaining to those two claims, would you?

Meanwhile, statements like this abound on the page: "While not a photogrammetry tool, [recommended software] shows how simplicity can lower the entry barrier for complex tasks." It sounds like this page is just an excuse for an AI agent to dream of software that meet its ideals.
11
AI hallmark: On a page entitled "Best Free Photogrammetry Software," the top two picks are audio software and the Best Value software is a slideshow program. NONE of the recommended softwares have anything to do with photogrammetry whatsoever.

As a fan of Lillias Trotter, I enjoy this hymn doubly, for the comfort as it draws my heart to look up from the trouble in and around me, and for the joy that it gives rejoicing with the saints past and present in our kind Shepherd.

Sometimes when I post images of space, I get comments like this. Either they’re trolling to make Christians look like crazed conspiracy theorists or they’re demoralized, black-pilled weirdos. I posted images of Jupiter, Saturn, Mars, and Pluto. Three of those planets you can see with these natural gizmos called “eyes” by placing them in front of another gizmo called a “telescope.” You can buy these technological wonders online or you can go to your local astronomy club viewing party and use someone else’s. You’ll see these planets look more or less exactly like they do in NASA images. Pluto is sufficiently far away that we needed a spacecraft to see details. But why would NASA CG images of Pluto or any other objects? If they did, there are other countries with technology who will humiliate them with images of what these planets “really look like.” “It’s all part of a global conspiracy!” the weirdo will say. So, they're conspiring to do what exactly? What global agenda is served by faking images of planets? No real money, no power, no politics. Just pretty pictures and some chemistry and geology in the Solar System. And a lot of Christians on social media looking at all this stuff and thinking, "Wow, God is great." Stop being weirdos. (This is from a post on Notes. If you wanna get in on the action, click on the link in my bio.)

I'm a digital artist who wishes he could justify doing fine art landscapes, but establishing that brand would take a lot of time & effort. It's much easier to punch a clock. And I got little mouths to feed. I am a conservative and grateful for our free country. What do you make?

This is in Reformed Confessions, all of them, in essentially this verbiage. This is incompatible with nominalism. And that is only 1 section of what we say on Adoption and Sanctification. Our union w/ Christ is more than Justification. That is Confessional.

"I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety." Psalm 4:8 "I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me." Psalm 3:5 "The sleep of a labouring man is sweet...." Ecclesiastes 5:12

Get that sleep! As a sleep-deprived artist who kept his nose to the grindstone for decades, I have found that restlessness will come to haunt you. "It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep." Psalm 127
