Our security guarantees are our security guarantees. They cannot be dictated by the Russian side. Restrictions on our army and Ukraine’s neutrality are not up for discussion. The territorial issue is a red line that can only be discussed at the level of leaders. The Americans have long been raising the issue of exchanging territories – they call it “land swaps.” There are also other formats and proposals for discussion.
Everyone must understand. First, we are not exchanging anything for anything. We are ready for discussions. If it is the territorial issue, then it must be discussed at the level of leaders. Other issues – at the level of technical groups. So all of this can be discussed in November.

❗️The US has fully restored warnings about Russian ballistic strikes — the early warning system is once again operating at 100%, and Starlink and Starshield have also been restored (connectivity was tested at a speed of 420 km/h instead of the previous limit of ~161 km/h). According to Zelenskyy, two of the three problematic issues in relations with the US have been resolved — intelligence data and satellite communications — while the shortage of air defense remains: deliveries of missiles for Patriot systems are progressing too slowly, with dates and agreed volumes changing, and transfers by other countries require written US approval, which is also being delayed.
A blanket presidential pardon for crimes that have never been charged has never been fully litigated.
People committing crimes for trump, or in connection with trump, take the risk that they will be successfully prosecuted by a future DOJ.
The president is considering mass pardons for his enablers. But they’d be foolish to assume the next administration will honor them. lawyeroyer.com/p/buyer-bewar…

‼️Kremlin aide Ushakov just confirmed what was widely believed, the US agreed to force Ukraine to capitulate:
"Before, it seemed after Anchorage, that the U.S. administration might be able to dictate something and force Kyiv to comply. But so far, this hasn't really worked out"

Things heating up in Serbia as the election hasn't gone as the Russian-backed Vucic regime planned, now pouring troops onto the streets, here readying (in true soviet fashion) to seizing the city's TV station.

🛡️ Jam. Intercept. Protect.
Modern warfare is constantly evolving. Enemy drones disrupt logistics, target equipment and personnel, and attempt to reach Ukrainian firing positions.
The 147th Separate Artillery Brigade of the 7th Air Assault Corps is building a multi-layered counter-drone defence:
▪️ Electronic warfare systems neutralise enemy UAVs.
▪️ Interceptor drones destroy targets in the air.
▪️ Automated turrets strengthen the protection of positions and critical assets.
Together, these systems work as one integrated defence network. ⚡

BRENNAN: The DOJ lawsuit demands the Alaska result not be certified if voters are confused. The confusion is defined as Sen. Sullivan not winning.
BLANCHE: That's not what it says
BRENNAN: I'm quoting from it. You are telling them not to certify it. What right does the federal government have telling a state not to certify?

As American MAGA influencers pour into the Balkans to support Russian-backed regimes, here's a primer, as to what they're actually promoting and a preview of what Russia plans for the region.
In the 1990s, Serbian nationalist leaders, backed by arms and diplomatic support from Russia, sought to create a 'Greater Serbia' by seizing territory across the former Yugoslavia.
Their forces carried out systematic ethnic cleansing against Croatians beginning in 1991, Bosnian Muslims and Bosnian Croatians from 1992, and later Kosovo Albanians. The campaigns involved massacres, detention camps, mass expulsions, and property seizures, culminating in the 1995 Srebrenica genocide.
NATO finally intervened militarily against Bosnian Serb forces in 1995 and against Yugoslav forces in 1999, helping bring an end to these campaigns.
Laundering the image of Russian-backed regimes in the Balkans is just a small part of Moscow's plans, and they are putting the band back together.

There is no evidence Beria ever said this. He did, however, persecute Crimean Tatars, which your current admirers in Moscow also do. And no one is accusing you of criminality; you are being accused of having too much control over U.S. and allied national security and of being a danger to both. Quite credibly accused.

Boris Johnson: "Putin is a bad guy. He radiates a kind of Gollum-like... he's really spooky, very small, and pretends not to speak English when he can speak it damn well. He's behaving like Gollum towards Ukraine. He's got an obsession. It's tragic."

In case there was any question.
“On Feb. 5, 2025, her first day in office, Attorney General Pam Bondi disbanded the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force, dismantled the department’s unit pursuing Russian oligarchs’ assets, and narrowed enforcement of the Foreign Agents Registration Act. CISA paused its election security work, abandoned the information sharing center that connected it to state and local election officials, and by mid-2025 had lost more than a third of its workforce. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard gutted the Foreign Malign Influence Center, the State Department closed its office for countering foreign disinformation, and National Security Council working groups on Russian sabotage and disinformation stopped meeting.
The next target was the people. In August 2025, Gabbard revoked the security clearances of 37 current and former officials, among them a senior Russia analyst who helped produce the 2017 assessment, citing the “politicization or weaponization of intelligence.” Comey was indicted on Sept. 25, 2025, over his 2020 Senate testimony, five days after Trump publicly demanded his prosecution. A judge dismissed the case, but the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit is currently hearing the department’s appeal. CIA Director John Ratcliffe referred former Director Brennan for prosecution for alleged perjury in his congressional testimony, and Brennan has been subpoenaed to appear at a Florida grand jury examining whether officials who investigated Trump conspired against him.
The purge also reached below the senior level, and analysts who worked on the 2017 assessment also had their clearances stripped. The FBI forced out a veteran counterintelligence agent over his ties to an official in the original Russia investigation, and dozens of FBI agents and Justice Department prosecutors were fired or demoted for work investigating Trump or Russia.”
