When I tell people that I built a million $ design business without being a designer they think I am crazy...

Becoming a member of @EntrepreneurOrg was one of the biggest game changes in my career.
So it was a great to pleasure to share some some lessons around how to build the perfect brand for your business on the EO blog.

I have high hopes for @usetable as a personal CRM as I STILL think that there is space in the market for a leading brand and product to emerge. I resist building my own product, just for me to use, every day.

🚨 Hey folks I got something to announce:
I am launching a new investment fund brand:
Prototype Capital 🦾
A globally-active first-check investment fund.
We focus on cool stuff that's technical hard to achieve, but also still new enough to be a bit weird – globally.
Think Robotics in Eastern Europe, AI in SF, Software remotely, OpenSource SaaS, Space-tech in India, Reindustrialization of Europe, AI Agents in Brazil, among many others…
- $100k-$200k
- we say we invest early and we actually mean it
- with every 5th investment we are the first to commit
- only 6% of all ivnestments were after seed
- the brand will be a larger umbrella for all kinds of stuff from our own prototypes 😬, to streams, to communities, to investinpublic transparency efforts
- this is legally speaking a rebrand of my previous solo GP fund so we got track record to proof
- we do about 15-20 investments per year

And as my network grew I tried everything.
Notes, Notion, any normal CRM, and some of the personal ones.
But nothing worked for me.
And quite often I came to the same points.
And here we are launching table today on @ProductHunt and to the public.

From people I met at conference to the ones I met in a bar.
Sometimes these interactions changed my life.
So I tried to think more about how to organize them.
Best case I added them to my LinkedIn or sent them an email but most likely I just forgot them.
At first I didn’t see this as a problem but then over the years I realized important my network is.
The tool I wanted to build for almost a decade….
Finally launching today @usetable!

An idea I was thinking of for 7+ years has finally come to life - pls welcome @usetable
Big news to share with you! 🥳🚀🚨
Today we are unveiling @usetable – think Personal CRM but AI first!
After we teased you with some hint over the last few weeks we are ready to tell the world! We are building table to make your (and our) life as easy as possible!
Manage, organise, and grow your network in one central place! Because your network is your net worth.🤙
My co-founder @MaxFleit and I tried so many tools over many years and none of them really worked for our needs.
They were either to „salesy“ and build to push leads through a funnel or are clunky and hard to use in your busy day to day life.🤯
With table we will change all of it!🚀
Because we believe building meaningful connections shouldn’t be a hassle.
Today we are launching publicly on @ProductHunt! It would mean the world to us to check it out and support us.💙
And if you want to be one of the first to get access to table make sure to sign up to our waitlist.🔥
