As for the wines @ozclarke ‘s bravura performance @MayfieldFest was paired with a wine-tasting, from the Rhine to Vienna with a stop in #Mayfield, all linked to the music The event was a deserved sell-out “If music be the food of love, play on”. Thank you Oz, you were brilliant.

An Oz-tastic evening last night @MayfieldFest with exceptional performances by wine- maestro @ozclarke and musicians @ArmonicoConsort (with the wonderful voices @EloiseIrving and William Towers @Wackemnsloggem setting an incredibly high standard, so beautiful to hear).
WHAT A NIGHT! Oxford Camerata and Mayfield Consort received a standing ovation after a truly celestial performance.
Thank you to @jsummerly and everyone involved for your hard work and incredible execution. I know I wasn't the only one moved to tears 💖

Tomorrow evening, @jsummerly conducts the Oxford Camerata & Mayfield Consort in various examples of British choral music, including Thomas Tallis’s 40-part surround-sound motet ‘Spem in alium’.
Spem in alium remains one of the most astonishing creations of the human mind. First performed in 1570, this planned performance date (which was due to take place in 2020) marks the #450thanniversary of its premiere. #thomastallis #Purcell #VaughanWilliams #Elgar #Tavener

What a superb recital last night from @cellojohnston and Sam Haywood! I was enveloped in the most mouthwatering array of sounds emanating from the stage and savoured every moment of Brahms, Schumann and Mendelssohn.
Many thanks to @cellojohnston and Sam Haywood, piano for last night's beautiful #concert in the wonderful setting of the concert hall at @mayfieldschool - after a long day of judging the #TunbridgeWellsInternationalMusicCompetition!
