Barack Obama was horrible in a million different ways, but he doesn’t get anywhere near the hate he deserves for destroying the used car market for an entire generation. 15-year-old cars with 150,000 miles that should be selling for $3,000 are going for $15,000. It’s abominable. Pure destruction and thievery.

Before the weekend ends and America moves on to the next headline, we need to pause and look at a story that matters more than almost any other—the collapse of Venezuela, and what it warns us about if the last democratic superpower ever falls the same way. This didn’t happen overnight. It happened step by step, over one generation. VENEZUELA: HOW A PROSPEROUS NATION COLLAPSED 1992 Venezuela is the 3rd richest country in the Western Hemisphere, powered by oil and a growing middle class. 1997 Venezuelans become the 2nd largest buyers of Ford F-150s—a sign of widespread prosperity. 1998 Hugo Chávez is elected, promising to “redistribute wealth” and fix inequality. 2001 The country votes again for socialism, framed as compassion and fairness. 2003 The government imposes price controls and currency controls. Black markets appear. Shortages begin. 2004 Private healthcare is fully socialized. 2006 Inflation rises sharply as massive welfare programs expand without real economic backing. 2007 All higher education becomes “free.” 2008 Key industries—oil services, steel, cement, telecom—are nationalized. Production drops almost immediately. 2009 Private gun ownership is banned. 2010 The currency is devalued by 50%, crushing savings and accelerating inflation. 2011 Oil production begins a steady decline due to mismanagement and lack of investment. 2012 American politicians, like Bernie Sanders, publicly praise Venezuela’s model. 2013 Chávez dies. Nicolás Maduro takes power and tightens state control. 2014 Opposition leaders are arrested or silenced. 2015 GDP collapses. Hyperinflation begins. 2016 Severe food and medical shortages spread nationwide. 2017 The constitution is suspended. Elections are no longer meaningful. 2018 Inflation exceeds 1,000,000%. Maduro “wins” a widely fraudulent election. 2019 Unarmed civilians are killed by their own government. 2020 More than 8 million people flee the country to escape hunger and repression. 2023 Minor economic improvements fail to relieve mass poverty. 2024 Disputed elections trigger protests and global isolation. 2026 Maduro is removed by force. Venezuela is liberated after decades of ruin. THE HARD TRUTH It took one generation of “progressive” leadership to turn one of the richest countries on Earth into a nation defined by hunger, fear, mass graves, and mass migration. This is the lesson history keeps teaching: You can vote your way into socialism. But history shows people only escape it through collapse, violence, or foreign intervention. And here is the part Americans must understand clearly: If this happens in the United States, there will be nobody coming to save us. No outside superpower. No rescue force. No second chance. Freedom is fragile. Prosperity is not guaranteed. And once lost, they are brutally hard to recover. Venezuela’s people paid the price. America cannot afford to learn this lesson the same way.

Let’s be clear: If I’m not going to sleep with you, I don’t need to know anything about your sexuality. And children—who are not going to sleep with anyone—certainly don’t. Your sexuality is not sacred. It’s not a personality, it’s not a protected class of performance art, and it’s not the center of anyone’s moral universe but your own. Unless we are in a relationship, I am not obligated to acknowledge, affirm, or be exposed to your private desires—especially not in public, and especially not in front of children. This used to be understood. Now it’s called hate. No, We Don’t Owe You an Audience Sexuality belongs in the private realm. It is intimate by definition. If you feel compelled to wear your kink on your sleeve—or on a float, or in a first-grade classroom—you are not inviting understanding, you are demanding submission. You are violating others’ right not to participate. Consent doesn’t vanish because your fetish is “progressive.” If anything, the burden is higher. No one consents to being flashed on the subway. No one consents to a stranger’s arousal. No one consents to a stranger telling their child about masturbation, kink, gender identity, or pornographic categories under the guise of “inclusive sex ed.” Yet all of this is happening now—in public parks, in classrooms, in televised programming. It is not tolerance. It is invasion. Children Are Not Here to Validate You Children are not queer. Children are not sexual. Children do not need to “see themselves represented” in a spectrum of adult desire. This idea—that identity is only valid if sexualized and mirrored—is narcissism, not pedagogy. There is no legitimate reason to initiate a child into the language of sexual preference, gender identity, or alternative lifestyles. The only people who benefit from that dynamic are those looking to normalize boundary violations. Let me state it plainly: Children who are not going to have sex do not need to be exposed to sexuality. Period. Any adult who insists otherwise is not confused. They are grooming. Public Fetishism Is Not Liberation There is a vast difference between being gay and demanding the right to simulate sex acts in front of children. Between being transgender and insisting on teaching kindergartners about breast removal. Between being proud of who you are and insisting the whole world observe your kink play in the street. This is not diversity. This is decay. Men in dog masks being walked on leashes by their lovers are not brave—they are forcing strangers into their psychodrama. This is exhibitionism, and when children are present, it becomes criminal exhibitionism. We used to know this. Peeping, flashing, voyeurism—these were considered red flags. Dangerous behaviors. Early signs of escalation. Now they’re filmed, hashtagged, and funded by public grants. Stop Calling It Love—It’s Entitlement This is not about who you love. It’s about how you demand to be seen. If you need the entire public to witness, applaud, and adapt to your sexuality, you’re not a pioneer—you’re an emotional colonizer. Love does not demand a captive audience. It does not parade past toddlers. It does not demand that schools teach four-year-olds about “preferred pronouns.” Love protects children. Love guards modesty. Love waits. And if you can’t wait—if you need to be seen, affirmed, and obeyed—you’re not talking about love. You’re talking about power. Consent Applies to Culture, Too We teach children that consent is sacred—so why are we failing to apply that lesson to public life? No child consents to drag queen story hour. No parent consents to leather harnesses on city floats. No woman consents to being exposed to male sexuality in the ladies’ room, or in the school library, or anywhere she cannot opt out. Consent is not just for sex. It’s for everything. Attention. Language. Presence. Ideology. Imagery. And we are done pretending we don’t notice when it’s violated. The boundary is back. And we are drawing it in bold.

This TDS Sufferer Actually Left the Country, and the Schadenfreude Is Almost Unbearable | Matt Margolis, PJ Media Thousands of American Trump Derangement Syndrome sufferers really did flee to Europe in recent years, expecting to find a democratic socialist paradise — but the truly shocking part is that Wired, of all publications, revealed the schadenfreudelicious results. "Annie," to name just one, complained about the "huge misconceptions about access to quality health care" in Britain, and she even admitted that "the quality of life is significantly lower than in the U.S." Before we get to that, however, I'd like to say something nice about, as Wired put it, the "thousands of Americans" who "relocated to Europe in the last few years." Unlike certain celebrities I could name who keep promising to leave the country if Donald Trump gets elected — which happened at least twice by my count — but then keep getting spotted by the paparazzi at the Malibu Whole Foods or whatever, Annie and her fellow expats actually put their francs, marks, lira, and pounds where their mouths are. Wired says that Annie was just like thousands of other potential expats, researching "their new destination on Reddit, TikTok, and Instagram," hoping to find a better way of living. Some sought "adventure; others, the promise of a 'slower' lifestyle outside the American grind." "But, for many," Wired said, to no conservative's shock, "these reasons were just bonuses to another kind of escape: political refuge in the wake of Trump’s second term." Some of our lefty friends seem to have actually believed all the TDS panicmongering about how Trump was going to round them all up and put them to work doing forced labor in Melania's underground lingerie mines. "Once I was in Germany and had some distance from the situation in the US,” an expat called Josh said, “I felt perhaps I had overreacted.” You don't say. I found the article on X, where the reactions were pretty much all variations on this theme: Wired inadvertently delivered the biggest punchline to the joke, which the publication hardly seemed aware of: "Annie says she experienced a high amount of anti-American sentiment straight away," despite her political proclivities. I've spent some time in London, just enough to get a feel and a genuine fondness for the city and its people, and long enough ago to know I'd be heartbroken going back. So I don't know whether it's the changes London has suffered these last 20 years or so that caused Annie to find it "particularly surprising how people feel so comfortable mocking my accent and culture, even in a workplace environment," or whether she somehow brought it on herself. The Londoners I met were nothing but warm and gracious, almost to a fault. My experience was all pre-Trump/pre-Khan, so who knows? And Another Thing: Feel free to spend the rest of the day chuckling over people silly enough to make fundamental life and career choices based on stuff they saw on Reddit, TikTok, or Instagram. You probably always assumed that TDS caused the frontal cortex to atrophy, but hoe-lee shi'ite. Then there's the I-Told-You-So portion of Wired's article, dealing with lower salaries, less disposable income, and, as Annie put it, "Things in the UK that are considered luxury items are very common” in America, like dishwashers and clothes dryers. It would appear that at roughly the same time Annie was cataloging her complaints for Wired, a previously non-famous German guy named Freddie became internet famous during his World Cup visit, gushing over America's Lifestyles of the Common and Normal at places like Buc-ee's and Bass Pro. In America, we have access to 117 different kinds of quality jerky, just a short trip from home in our cavernous SUVs. In Europe, they still hang the wash out to dry, and the authorities want to outlaw beef — but, hey, no Trump. All my schadenfreude aside, I have serious respect for Annie taking the chance, making the move, and then being honest about the realities of life on the other side of the pond. Even if she wouldn't give her real name or any potentially identifying information. Annie is still an American lefty living a properly miserable existence as a Europoor, and isn't that something every patriotic, jerky-loving American should stand up and salute? pjmedia.com/vodkapundit/2026…

You need to understand how Right-wing people under 40 view the Left. When we think of Leftists, we do not think of Barack Obama or Ezra Klein. Yes, these guys are on the Left, but younger Millennials and Zoomers on the Right do not think of Leftists in their own age bracket as polished technocrats. These are not the sort of people that make up our Left-wing counterparts that we grew up with, went to school with, or work with. When we think of Leftists, the first thing that pops into our head are a bunch of disgusting, depraved, spiteful mutants who want to destroy everything around them as payback for the crime of being born. We think of Discord troons that invaded our hobbies, Reddit mods who are drunk on the most insignificant power imaginable, that one girl from high school or college who became a literal Communist, and that friend or family member who cut off all contact because we refused to treat their mental illness like a status symbol. We think of people who, if they ever became a majority of the country and actually managed to possess political power, would inevitably kill tens of millions of people out of blind envy and petty cruelty. Younger people on the Right come across as impatient and anxious in their mindset and mannerisms because they understand what will eventually happen when these people succeed their Gen X and Boomer predecessors in the Democratic Party. They know what is to come if their own generational cohorts on the Left actually take power, and they feel incredibly exasperated that it seems like none of their parents or grandparents understand just how late the hour truly is.

Elon Musk reveals that an ex-Tesla employee who assaulted a woman for stepping on his prayer rug went on to kill three students in Austin. MUSK: "We had someone who was working at the Tesla factory in Austin until December of last year. He was fired because he assaulted a woman who stepped on his prayer rug in the factory. Okay. So she wasn't expecting anyone to be praying in the factory, and he was praying in the factory. She accidentally stepped on his prayer rug, and he assaulted her. He violently assaulted her. So he was fired for that, and then a few months later, he went and killed three students in a bar in downtown Austin. Now, I think we shouldn't let people like that into the country. Do you?"

RTD only generated $61M in revenue a year and loses $1.3B!!! And they want to put in another $20B CoCo Train! This is insanity!!!! You could buy Uber for this much money!! #copolitics #colorado
RTD posted a $1.3 billion operating loss in 2025 (expenses far exceeded fare revenue of ~$61M). After sales taxes (~$869M) and grants, net position still fell $244M. It faces a structural budget deficit of $215-250M annually.

After four decades of the climate transition toward Net Zero, reliable, energy-dense hydrocarbon fuels still provide 81% of the world's primary energy. Coal and gas power remain the essential backup when renewables fail. Heavy and often dangerous lithium batteries cannot match the energy density, range, and fast refueling under heavy load of the internal combustion engine—the very technology that liberated humanity from horse-drawn transport. Yet despite this vast industrial effort, the energy produced by wind and solar is really only suited to keeping the lights on. It lacks the dense, high-temperature power essential for heavy manufacturing, ocean-going freight, aviation, or sustaining the global transport network. It looks less like an energy evolution and more like a deliberate strategy to drive modern Western economies to their knees. So-called 'renewable energy' is largely incompatible with existing power grids. Major institutions, such as BloombergNEF, estimate global grid expansion and reinforcement costs through 2050 will reach $21 trillion just to accommodate electrification and variable renewable generation. Lumbering wind turbines and their slowly turning blades simply masquerade as clean, green power. They are not the answer. Great phalanxes of glistening solar panels now fill the vaults of nature, swallowing farmland and hillsides—yet their output fades the moment it rains, turns dark, or gathers dust. With roughly 2.3 million turbine towers and 9 billion solar panels deployed worldwide, this colossal overbuild of metal structures is draining global mineral and mining resources. The overwhelming majority of this hardware is manufactured in China, which controls up to 90% of global turbine, solar panel, and component supply chains. Yet Beijing has built its own industrial dominance on cheap coal power, continuing to construct new coal-fired plants at a pace of up to two per week. The irony is stark: Western nations are systematically dismantling their own hydrocarbon wealth, sinking into economic turmoil while handing manufacturing hegemony to an adversary. Who is really winning? For forty years, an agenda driven by false haste, urgency, and fear has been spearheaded by United Nations-led initiatives—pushing globalist oversight and unprecedented centralised control. This has driven the staggeringly costly proliferation of weather-dependent infrastructure in a futile attempt to capture the low-density energy of sunlight and wind.

Watch this 2010 clip of President Obama dismantling the idea of halting deportations and just letting illegal immigrants stay. He stressed accountability and fairness under the law. Democrats’ stance on border security and immigration has flipped dramatically in just 15 years. What used to be mainstream common sense is now labeled ‘extreme.’

Media outlets like @sltrib just can’t resist giving cover to criminal illegal aliens. Julio Cesar Irungaray isn’t a “Utah activist” — he’s a criminal illegal alien whose criminal history includes MULTIPLE DUI convictions. In 2022, the Board of Immigration Appeals reinstated Irungaray’s voluntary departure and required him to leave the U.S. within 60 days. He REFUSED to leave, and his voluntary departure order became a final order of removal.

There isn’t any reason for these hideous, bird-killing monstrosities to exist at all.
From early 2026, Germany, Finland, the Netherlands and Austria have pushed to end the practice of burying decommissioned turbine blades in landfill sites. This left other nations scrambling for alternative solutions, as composite waste is fast becoming a major environmental bottleneck for the world's wind sector. Landfill prohibitions do not eliminate the underlying waste—they frequently just transfer it. Without universal processing infrastructure, decommissioned components are loaded onto transport for export to plaves like the UK or France, where landfilling or lower-grade disposal is permitted until alternative solutions are developed. Downcycling attempts—like repurposing blades into sound barriers, pedestrian bridges or playground structures—struggle to match the incoming volume. The largest commercial blades span over 76 meters, longer than the wingspan of a Boeing 747. Meanwhile, academic projections indicate cumulative global blade waste will reach 43 million tonnes by 2050, with Europe and North America accounting for a substantial share. Incineration and traditional chemical recycling introduce their own environmental and economic hurdles. Polymer matrix resins require energy-intensive pyrolysis or solvolysis to free the embedded glass and carbon fibres. In effect, breaking down a 'green' blade demands significant energy inputs, undercutting the net lifecycle emissions savings. Regulators have begun forcing the issue. EU rules introduced under the Net-Zero Industry Act require wind turbine blades involved in public procurement to meet a minimum 70% recyclability rate. By contrast, France has relied on a progressive quota framework, requiring operators to ensure at least 55% of a rotor blade's mass is recycled or reused. In response, research initiatives like the EU-funded REWIND project are pursuing industrial-scale recovery—developing methods to spin reclaimed glass fibres into high-value yarn and structural fabrics suitable for secondary manufacturing. Commercial trial programs have even begun integrating these decommissioned composite fibres into the electric vehicle supply chain for automotive structural components. IMAGE: Decommissioned wind turbine blades stored at a facility in Sweetwater, Texas. As European nations restrict traditional landfilling, finding recycling solutions for composite materials is still a global challenge.

Democrats literally SUING to force American taxpayers to pay for welfare for non-citizens. Campaign issue if there ever was one.
Twenty-two Democrat states are currently suing to try and force the Trump admin to hand green cards to foreigners who are dependent on our welfare programs. Give the left power again and they will immediately begin facilitating mass migration once more.
