we predicted in December of last year that 2026 would be the lowest year for gas prices since 2020, nothing was needed. but then March 1, the situation changed drastically and it could be the most expensive year for gas prices ever.
Inflation milestone that looked very unlikely in January:
The average price of gas is now higher during Trump 2.0 than under Biden.
The gap is very narrow but before the Iran war, few thought they'd even be in the same ballpark.
