Es ist ein Argument. Es steht dir ja frei, was du damit machst ☺️ Und dies: Aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht sehen viele kleinere Läden eine Sonntagsöffnung als zusätzliche Belastung, da es schwierig sein kann, ausreichend Personal zu finden oder eine rentable Kundschaft zu gewinnen. Sonntagsöffnungen könnten zudem den Konsumdruck erhöhen, was nicht unbedingt nachhaltig ist und Ressourcen verbraucht.

Oh well. Wouldn't want to have my food prepared on this. Self-cut, overheated layer of material mix made from PTFE + glass fiber! What about pyrolyzing, microparticle shedding, etc.

"Safe and healthy" is not a good description here

Not yet there. Material is still a composite mix of PTFE and glass fiber, resistant up to 370`C. Pyrolysis over burning charcoal still possible, shedding of micro particles likely during use. Not my ultimate choice!

Unfortunately, here is some unexpected news from my side: after I had to turn in to hospital on Monday, a brain tumor was found, with resection surgery scheduled for next Monday, followed by the obligatory phase of healing, followed by further rounds of treatment... 1/x

actually, not all correct any more. successful surgery was on Jan 22, and I am released home since a few days for resting and healing. Radiation treatment and chemo therapy are scheduled for the upcoming weeks and months,
