$GRRR now trades at a 230-million-dollar market cap.
Last earnings call? They have 179 million in cash.
2026 Revenue? 200 million PLUS
2027 Contracted Guide? 450-500 million
The market continues to price in execution and dilution risk.
The last few days have been pure capitulation after broader AI sentiment deteriorated.
Disclaimer: Super small % of my portfolio, but super intriguing opportunity 👀 NFA.

0. Short Summary
$GRRR (Gorilla Technology Group) is undergoing a fundamental transformation from a pure-play Edge AI software provider into a AI infrastructure and GPUaaS player. With a confirmed revenue forecast of at least $200 million for 2026 and contracts worth billions, the stock is undervalued compared to competitors at its current micro-cap valuation.
1. Company Introduction
• Company:
Founded 25 years ago, Gorilla is evolving from an Asian video analytics specialist into a global provider of AI infrastructure, IoT, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Shareholders: Extremely tight float structure!
Insiders hold a substantial 30.5%,
institutional investors 22.4%,
and retail investors approximately 47.1%.
Note: The short interest currently stands at a massive 25.3% of the public float—a setup with enormous short-squeeze potential. But also to be careful. Shorts expects much more downside potential.
• Past to Future:
The transition from an acclaimed Edge AI partner to a developer and operator of secure, isolated air-gapped networks and data centers for governments and large enterprises is well underway.
• Technology:
Gorilla delivers the core technology driving the AI boom: high-density GPU server setups, secure SD-WAN, and AI-driven video analytics, including full lifecycle management.
2. Product Presentation & Current Developments
The company has aggressively pivoted toward AI data centers and GPUaaS (GPU-as-a-Service).
Recently, the company secured a monumental $1.4 billion contract with Freyr for data center construction in Southeast Asia, as well as a $500 million project with Yotta in India to expand AI infrastructure.
Gorilla is currently aggressively building out physical hardware and investing significant CAPEX to secure high-margin, recurring revenue streams for the long term.
3. Valuation Snapshot
• Market Cap: approx. $306 million to $328 million
• Enterprise Value (EV): approx. $264 million.
• Net Debt: The company holds a net cash position of $106.1 million (calculated strictly excluding lease liabilities: $73.2 million in interest-bearing debt minus $179.4 million in cash and cash equivalents).
• EBITDA:
Adjusted EBITDA for the first half of 2026 showed a projected loss of $14.6 million, driven by high strategic upfront investments in infrastructure.
For the full year 2025, the company had previously recorded positive adjusted EBITDA of $19.1 million.
4. Earnings Snapshot
Financial figures from the latest semi-annual report demonstrate rapid operational scaling.
Revenue nearly doubled in the first half of the year (+99.3% YoY) to $78.4 million, driven by deliveries in Egypt, Taiwan, and Thailand.
Thanks to strong financing inflows and rigorous collection efforts, the cash balance surged by 1,674% to $179.4 million.
Consequently, management significantly raised its full-year outlook for 2026 to at least $200 million.
5. Peer Group Comparison
While industry giants such as Supermicro ($SMCI ) and Palantir ($PLTR ) trade at massive premiums (15x to 30x EV/Sales) due to their AI hardware integration and government contracts, Gorilla offers comparable technological capabilities—yet trades at only approx. 1.3x its projected FY26 revenue.
Gorilla also distinguishes itself significantly from market leaders like CrowdStrike ($CRWD ) through a proprietary IT/OT security convergence solution tailored to emerging markets—regions often structurally overlooked by US tech giants.
6. Forecast 2030 (EBITDA & Valuation)
As official forecasts extend only to 2027 (target: $450–500 million), i model a moderate organic growth rate of 20% for 2030.
Revenue is expected to rise to approximately $850 million to $1 billion by 2030. With a stabilized EBITDA margin of 15%, the resulting 2030 EBITDA would be approximately $150 million.
Applying a multiple of 15x EV/EBITDA—considered highly conservative for the technology sector—yields a projected 2030 enterprise value of $2.25 billion, implying roughly 8.5x upside potential relative to the current valuation.
7. Acquisition Potential
Gorilla is a prime candidate for acquisition. With a verified sales pipeline exceeding USD 7 billion, 28 granted patents, and highly binding government contracts in Africa and Asia, the company offers a perfect entry point for global hardware corporations (such as Cisco or Dell) or major defense contractors seeking to immediately capture market share in the booming sectors of AI sovereignty and smart cities.
8. Catalysts / Milestones (Next 6–12 Months)
• Accelerated hardware commissioning, capacity expansion, and workload migration for the mega-contracts with Freyr and Yotta.
• The strategically important turnaround to positive operating cash flow in the current 2026 fiscal year.
• The expected expansion of the O.N.E. Amazon conservation project, for which Gorilla serves as the exclusive technology partner responsible for the rollout of sensors and drones.
9. Opportunities / Risks
• Opportunities:
Excellent strategic positioning as the sole end-to-end provider ("one throat to choke") for digital state infrastructure. Furthermore, the extremely low level of institutional ownership offers enormous upside potential once "smart money" rotates into the stock.
• Risks:
High execution risk associated with the massive scaling of data centers.
H1 2026 still recorded an IFRS net loss of USD 46.9 million due to immense CAPEX requirements.
Additionally, significant customer concentration (a few massive contracts) inevitably leads to volatile share price reactions should these megaprojects face delays.
10. Conclusion
$GRRR is currently undergoing an unnoticed transformation from a niche software player into a global infrastructure giant.
With over USD 200 million in guaranteed revenue for the current year, an enterprise value underpinned by a massive, unencumbered net cash position, and a short interest level practically begging for a short squeeze, the stock offers investors an extremely asymmetric risk-reward profile.

Dated today Oct 21... $GRRR third-party reporting about physical infrastructure capacity associated with GRRR. Gorilla has 6MW capacity potentially coming online by the end of the year. Revenue estimate would be 60-100m in annual rev. No guarantees GPUs are installed, operational, billing of course. This assumes base case 300 billable servers. Additional 12MW qtr1/27.

$GRRR remains a fun one.
While the entire sector is getting hammered, $GRRR has been a part of this.
Analysts project a $35.12 stock price by October 2, 2027 alongside 134 million quarterly revenue, and -0.22 EPS by June 30, 2027.
That is INSANE upside, of ~351% within ~12 months.
Meanwhile institutional ownership has risen, which means the big dogs may agree 👀
The biggest two questions are…
-> Will they execute?
-> How will they execute? (Funding mechanisms/dilution)
If they can execute. They are trading INCREDIBLY cheap, with MEANINGFUL upside.
At 213 million dollar market cap, they are now trading at 0.43x 2027 signed, in-paper contracted revenue.
This multiple is absolutely unheard of in the datacenter market.
Again, I will make it very clear. This is a very very small % of my portfolio, but this is a 10x candidate that I feel that not enough people speak of.
Especially given their 2028 targets of well over $1 billion in revenue.

2026 Rev Guide: 200+ million
2027 Rev Guide: 480-500 million MINIMUM
$GRRR is now proposing further expansion, but this time in the US.
The biggest risks currently are dilution and execution.
While many other names are trading 5-10x P/S 2028 revenue.
$GRRR now trades at 0.18x 2028 revenue.
Upon execution, $GRRR can easily be a 10x
Market continues to discount their execution.
Right now, management is doing everything they can do internally to prove it.
Employee count is SURGING, hundreds of new roles within the past year or so.
Bruce Bauer, the CFO, is a very strong hire, and has really helped put a “lid” over management comments, to be realistic, instead of Hail Mary, moonshot headlines which are possible, but not realistic.
This puts Gorilla in an INCREDIBLE position for 2027.
Management explicitly stated, the 480-500 million revenue guide is what is CURRENTLY CONTRACTED AND SIGNED.
With proper execution, I expect closer to 700-800 million next year.
$GRRR is a name to be patient with. It is very small, risky, but with HUGE potential upside.
The shorts cannot win forever.
