💗 LOVE WITHOUT LOSING YOURSELF Finding Boundaries Through the Eyes of the Soul An Experiential Workshop with Diane L. Ross, M.A. @hypnosislady & Shaun Lether Can you love someone unconditionally and still say “no”? Can you forgive someone while choosing to keep your distance? Join us for a two-hour online experiential workshop exploring unconditional love, healthy boundaries, self-love, forgiveness, and spiritual growth—and how to care deeply for others while honoring your own needs. Difficult relationships can leave us torn between compassion and self-protection. Whether you’re navigating family conflict, betrayal, a challenging friendship, or recurring relationship patterns, this workshop offers space to reflect, connect with your inner wisdom, and explore a more compassionate way forward. Through guided exercises, personal reflection, journaling, and a deep Higher Self meditation, Diane and Shaun will help you explore how to: ✨ Set healthy boundaries that honor your emotional well-being and spiritual values. ✨ Recognize another person’s spiritual nature without excusing hurtful behavior. ✨ Explore forgiveness while respecting your own pace and choices about reconciliation. ✨ Identify relationship patterns and opportunities to develop self-respect, compassion, and discernment. ✨ Connect with your Higher Self to seek insight about a specific relationship or life situation. Could it be part of your spiritual blueprint or contract? ✨ Bring spiritual awareness into everyday relationships through practical, thoughtful choices. During the guided meditation, you’ll be invited to bring a manageable personal situation into a space of quiet reflection and explore what your inner wisdom may reveal. Sharing is always optional, and personal reflections can remain private. Unconditional love does not mean unconditional access to your life. You can honor the soul in another person while also honoring the soul within yourself. Come with a journal, an open heart, and a relationship or situation you’d like to understand more clearly. 📅 Tuesday, October 27, 2026 ⏰ 1 PM Hawaii | 4 PM Pacific | 5 PM Mountain | 6 PM Central | 7 PM Eastern 💻 Online Experiential Workshop 🕒 Duration: 2 hours Details and registration bit.ly/LoveWithoutLosingYour…

Let go all beliefs and you will find truth. Let go even this belief and burn all teachings that have become like stagnant blood in your mind. Otherwise the very teachings become cancerous tumors rather than pointers. Hold all things skillfully, gently, contextually, and leave them be when not required. Which is most of the time when you are in the luminous mind.

In Buddhism, Anattā challenges the idea that there’s a permanent “you” behind your changing thoughts, feelings and memories. Everything you call “yourself” changes, yet you experience your identity as something continuous. The Buddha questioned whether that feeling points to an unchanging self at all. In the Anattalakkhaṇa Sutta, he examines five aspects of experience: the body, feelings, perceptions, mental formations and consciousness. None, he argues, should be regarded as a permanent, independent self. Think about the last time someone insulted you. The conversation ended, but hours later you were still replaying it. Their words hurt, but part of you was also trying to defend your identity, to prove that their judgment wasn’t who you are. Anattā invites you to examine that identification. The hurt is real, but the conclusion you draw about yourself is another mental process. You can fail at something without becoming a failure. You can feel anger without making it your identity. The teaching goes further than simply saying that thoughts and emotions change. Even consciousness, the very thing we often imagine as the observer behind our experiences, is understood in early Buddhist teachings as dependent on conditions rather than an eternal, independent witness. This doesn’t mean you don’t exist. You still make choices and remain responsible for your actions. The question is whether you need to believe in a fixed, unchanging self to do any of those things. Perhaps the hardest part is noticing how often you suffer not just because something happened, but because it challenged the person you believe yourself to be. There is no better cheat code in life than reprogramming your subconscious mind for success and abundance. Conscious thought operates at a slow speed of roughly 10 to 40 bits per second, whereas unconscious and sensory processing systems handle up to 11 million to 1 billion bits per second. You are basically prompting a super quantum computer to get the life you want. Set the intention. Reprogram your mind. And you will achieve any goal.
