If an activist judge refuses to pursue charges in Alaska and Mary Peltola is elected based on the illegal Two Dan Sullivans scheme, Republicans could refuse to seat her if they maintain a Senate majority.
Under Senate rules and Article I, Section 5 of the U.S. Constitution, the Senate is the final arbiter of the elections, returns, and qualifications of its members.
There is historical precedent for the Senate taking such action.

Blue states generally have higher household costs than red states. The comparisons reviewed here show:
. Residential electricity prices are 55% higher
. Gasoline 18% higher
. Modeled grocery costs 4% higher
. Shelter costs 52% higher.
Gasoline, electricity, grocery, and housing prices are higher in Blue states due to a combination of higher taxes, regulatory burdens, and levies.
