Remember this? Well, I found one of the rightful owners of these ballots that showed up in my mailbox.
He told me how concerned he was that his ballot could have ended up in the wrong hands. "It’s concerning that anyone could just take that, theoretically, and vote in my place,” he told me.
"This is a pretty good example of how mail-in ballots can really be used to one party’s advantage, or one person’s advantage and to another person’s disadvantage."
Election Integrity expert @KenCuccinelli told me this is a "completely unsecured election."
“We need to return to in-person voting...The default should never be remote voting," @CletaMitchell told me.

Just received more mail-in-ballots addressed to strangers with my address on them! This makes eight total this year, two different elections, all different names. Only 18 days until Election Day, I wonder if we will get more…Pass the SAVE America Act!
Ps. What the heck am I supposed to do with these?
President Trump has secured the border, and this caravan will be stopped.
Tragically, such caravans are often rife with human trafficking and horrific violence against women and children.
This is why I introduced the Stopping Border Surges Act, which would permanently close loopholes that allowed non-parents to claim an unrelated child as their own and let Joe Biden “lose” tens of thousands of children in our country. It would also remove incentives for parents to bring children with them on the hazardous journey to our borders.
For decades, media, politicians, and institutions tacitly encouraged such desperate attempts to march to the United States, only succeeding in increasing human misery at the expense of American border security.
Never again.

NEWS: 19 FORMER ECONOMIC AND NATIONAL SECURITY LEADERS ENDORSE THE BIPARTISAN PERMITTING REFORM BILL
Today, a group of former Cabinet members and White House principals across seven Democratic and Republican administrations sent a letter calling on Congress to pass BAAJA. Here are the signatories:
Janet YELLEN, Michael R. POMPEO, Steven T. MNUCHIN, Leon E. PANETTA, Timothy F. GEITHNER, Henry M. PAULSON, Jr., Robert E. RUBIN, Stephen MIRAN, Jared BERNSTEIN, Tyler GOODSPEED, Jason FURMAN, Glenn HUBBARD, Laura D’Andrea TYSON, Michael J. BOSKIN, Jeffrey ZIENTS, Jake SULLIVAN, Brian DEESE, Larry KUDLOW, Allan B. HUBBARD
Key highlights from the letter:
1. “We are not building infrastructure fast enough to remain globally competitive… The median time for a new power plant to move from an interconnection request to commercial operation has more than doubled, from less than two years for projects built between 2000 and 2007 to more than four years for projects built between 2018 and 2024.
2. China has built more high-voltage transmission in the last fifteen years than the U.S. has built in all of its history... In 2024, China accounted for 31.5% of global knowledge- and technology-intensive manufacturing value added, compared with 20.7% for the United States.
3. Federally funded or permitted projects require NEPA review, but private projects often do not, creating a threat of failure precisely where the government is trying to be proactive, strategic, and engaged.
4. A project that spends years awaiting approval must continue carrying development and financing costs while remaining exposed to rising input costs. The IEA reports that prices for utility-scale transformers increased 26% in 2024, while lead times for some transformers have stretched as long as six years.
5. Mining projects also face tremendous uncertainty: a 2026 study by researchers at the Colorado School of Mines found that permitting for modern mining projects takes an average of 5.5 years, rising to 8.9 years for contested projects. The U.S. currently has the second-longest mine development timeline in the world.
6. The Bipartisan American Affordability and Jobs Act is the most significant bipartisan legislative effort that Congress has undertaken in decades to tackle these challenges.
7. BAAJA addresses key constraints stifling American industry by requiring interregional transmission planning, strengthening the federal backstop for nationally significant transmission lines, and creating a faster, more predictable process for connecting new generation to the grid.
8. BAAJA also makes permits more durable by imposing tighter timelines for litigation and limiting frivolous lawsuits that can halt projects indefinitely, while preserving community input and judicial review of substantive agency decisions.”
The letter was organized by @arnabdatta321 on behalf of @IFP and covered exclusively by the WSJ this morning.

- Adding 17 million dates of death to files that previously didn't have them w/ help from State Dept.
- With help from DHS, updating 25 million files that had missing citizenship information.
- Correcting an additional 8.5 million records with inaccurate citizenship data.
SSNs are referenced by agencies across the federal government and in states to validate identities and prevent improper payment of tax dollars.

THIS MORNING IN CA: Acting Deputy Attorney General @PADAGMcCotter announces charges against 28 Foreign Nationals in California for election crimes.
"Today's charges demonstrate why that lawsuit [against CA over its voter rolls] is so important. The lawsuit is about preventing voter fraud that cancels out the votes of U.S. citizens. Enforcing federal law increases the integrity of elections — it increases confidence in elections."
If Lesley Stahl & @60Minutes wanted to restore an ounce of faith in news media, they would take more interest in cases like this one, which lead vast majorities of Americans to support Voter ID and proof of citizenship.
Keep up the great work, @HarmeetKDhillon.

🚨 Justice Department Sues State of California over Voter List
“State-facilitated voter fraud is unacceptable in the United States of America,” said @AGToddBlanche. “If found responsible in a court of law, the State of California will have seriously undermined confidence in our electoral system and violated laws that protect our nation’s representative system of government. The Department of Justice will continue working to uncover cases of voter fraud, hold fraudsters accountable, and restore trust in American elections.”

Only U.S. citizens may vote in federal elections. Verifying that requirement is a basic safeguard.
DOJ has flagged suspected noncitizens who received California mail ballots and demanded a review. Those flags deserve prompt investigation: confirm citizenship, correct errors and prevent unlawful votes.
California should welcome the scrutiny. Eligible citizens deserve protection—and answers.
Good for DOJ for demanding accountability.

NEW: @ChuckGrassley Reveals Jack Smith Probe Collected Data on 639,000 Republicans, cites lawful whistleblower disclosures and subpoenas
- Names
- DOB
- Physical addresses, occupation, place of employment
- Individual political registration: Republican
- Donor Analysis Data (frequency) + donor amounts
- As one example, the attached memo shows the GOP donor contributed in 2005 and 2020
Grassley: “This update shows that Jack Smith and the Biden Justice Department collected incredibly invasive donor data – and voter data – beyond what could conceivably be necessary for Smith or his team to fulfill the Special Counsel’s mandate."
NOTE: The new data revealed by Grassley should not be seen in isolation. It was part of overarching investigative strategy by the Special Counsel.
Special Counsel Jack Smith's "Pen Register" collection of @SusieWiles47 phone data in 2023 combined with lawmaker communications + journalists opened the door to mapping the Trump campaign and defense team.
While the contents of the calls were not collected, it was a sweeping collection operation.
Smith's supporters call it an aggressive criminal investigation.
His critics label it the "Jack Smith Dragnet," and characterize the data collection on GOP voters and donors as an abuse of process and power.
