Today's modern #retrogaming on the #ZXSpectrum 2D #Deathchase, it was entered in a crap games contest in 2021, but I really enjoy this one. It's slow, but it is also calming, and of course, you can take a look at the actual program as well.

🔴 Time Quest is a text-parser adventure Chad Goulding began developing ~20 years ago.
🔴 Now, with his permission & access to the source code & game design document, I'm teaming up with @shdon & @BrandonBlume to finish developing the game. 🤩🥳

Thanks to @BaseArcade & @richardtroupe for the excellent event yesterday. The organisers have a great passion for what they do, not only allowing old geezers like me to revisit their youth, but allowing a whole new generation to experience the golden age of arcades & consoles😊

Excellent. The Amstrad is purring away now. Just needed a drop of deoxit on the edge connector.
We have rev 1, rev 2 and rev 3 at the club house😁.
Rev 1 will be out to use as it has the superior keyboard 😉.
