Thank you, @DiegoMYellow ! 🤝 Great to be part of the @Yellow journey since 2022. Our long-term conviction remains strong 💪 we look forward to continuing our collaboration with real confidence in Yellow’s future. 🙌
Coinsilium has supported @Yellow since 2022, from the earliest stage of the project, and continues to play an active role through introductions and strategic support. Their position in YELLOW, held on the balance sheet of a publicly listed UK company, reflects a long term conviction in the infrastructure we are building, one we take as both a recognition and a responsibility.
XRPL has one of the strongest communities in crypto and a ledger that has been doing its job reliably for over a decade. With RLUSD now live natively, it has everything it needs to become a place where serious trading happens every day. Our goal is to help get it there, bringing more activity, more liquidity and the clearing experience we’ve been building at Yellow.
We’ll share more shortly. To the Coinsilium team, thank you for believing in this from the very beginning!
Bridging institutional finance with digital asset infrastructure.
@CoinsiliumGroup's public commitment reinforces the core mission at Yellow: deploying enterprise-grade continuous netting to XRPL's native markets to unlock deeper liquidity and seamless execution.
Yellow Network Outlines Plans to Expand Trading Activity and Clearing on the XRP Ledger
Yellow Network (“Yellow”) CEO Diego Martin has outlined Yellow’s intention to support greater trading activity, deeper liquidity and the development of clearing infrastructure on the XRP Ledger (“XRPL”) in a recent update shared on X. His comments identify growing activity on XRPL as a core objective, with an initial focus on XRP and RLUSD, a US dollar stablecoin issued natively on XRPL. Yellow intends to pursue this growth alongside teams building applications within the ecosystem.
XRP is the native digital asset of the XRP Ledger, a decentralised public blockchain launched in 2012 to facilitate fast, low-cost transfers of value. The ledger provides the underlying infrastructure, while XRP is used to pay transaction fees and can act as a bridge between currencies. The ecosystem encompasses a global community of holders, developers and trading participants, with more than eight million ledger accounts and XRP traded on over 100 markets and exchanges worldwide. As at 25 October 2026, XRP had a circulating market capitalisation of approximately US$83 billion, placing it among the world’s largest cryptoassets and illustrating the financial scale of the ecosystem Yellow is seeking to serve.
Mr Martin’s comments describe deeper liquidity and a broader base of participants as prerequisites for clearing to deliver capital efficiency at scale. The approach he outlined would build on XRPL’s established settlement capabilities and integrated market infrastructure—including its native order book and automated market makers—alongside Yellow Network’s expertise in clearing and settlement. As participation grows, clearing operating natively within XRPL could enable obligations between counterparties to be netted on a continuous basis, potentially reducing gross settlement requirements and improving capital efficiency.
For Yellow, successful execution could broaden the reach of its technology, create opportunities for integration with XRPL applications and trading participants, and support demand for its clearing services. For XRPL, additional trading flow and liquidity could contribute to tighter spreads, lower slippage and more reliable execution, strengthening the network’s appeal to traders, application developers and institutions.
Over time, these developments could create a reinforcing cycle in which deeper markets attract more participants, greater participation supports additional economic activity, and improved trading and settlement infrastructure enables new applications to develop and scale. These ambitions remain subject to further technical development, participant adoption and liquidity provision, with Mr Martin indicating that Yellow will share further details shortly.
Coinsilium has supported Yellow since 2022 and as announced on 9 March 2026, holds an aggregate allocation of 50 million YELLOW utility tokens arising from its initial and subsequent Simple Agreements for Future Tokens (“SAFTs”). The tokens vest under their respective terms on a linear basis over periods of up to three years, following initial cliff periods of between two and six months. This allocation provides Coinsilium with exposure to the long-term development and adoption of the Yellow ecosystem, within which YELLOW enables specific utility functions. Yellow’s plans to expand trading activity and clearing on XRPL represent a further potential avenue for ecosystem growth, alongside opportunities for Coinsilium to apply its venture-building capabilities and sector expertise to support projects developing on Yellow’s infrastructure.

💰$1.4 Billion Linked To Election Day
According to CNN, trading on prediction markets linked to the 2026 US midterm elections has surpassed $1.4 billion. @Kalshi leads with nearly $1.1 billion in trading volume, while @Polymarket has recorded more than $340 million across its US and international platforms. People are betting on everything from election winners and voter turnout to candidate endorsements, debates, and campaign speeches.
The growth comes as US regulations become more favourable toward election betting, encouraging existing platforms to expand and new players to enter the market. PredictIt and ForecastEx are seeing increased activity, while UK-based @Smarkets is seeking approval to launch in the US. Beyond betting, these markets are increasingly observed as indicators of public expectations and how traders assess the likelihood of different outcomes. Trading is expected to pick up even more, as Election Day approaches.
💰 Inflation Futures
Kalshi plans to launch futures contracts tied to US inflation in December. The new products will track the Consumer Price Index (CPI), a key measure of inflation, and core inflation, which excludes food and energy prices. Kalshi has brought in former Barclays trader Michael Ashton to help design the contracts and attract major banks, hedge funds and asset managers. The opportunity is significant, with the US inflation market including $2.2 trillion in Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities (TIPS) and more than $5.4 trillion in inflation swaps. Unlike Kalshi’s existing contracts that pay out based on whether an event happens, these futures would allow investors to trade changes in inflation expectations more directly and manage their exposure over time.
Kalshi hopes that offering standardised inflation contracts with fixed expiration dates and nearly round-the-clock trading will make the market more accessible, particularly for investors who currently rely on complex private agreements to trade inflation. While Kalshi has already built a large business around sports and event-based trading, attracting institutional investors would open up a very different source of growth.

📈 Industry Pulse
⚡️Swaps Include Prediction Markets
The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has proposed new rules that would formally classify prediction market contracts tied to sports, politics, culture, and weather as swaps, a type of financial contract whose value depends on an underlying asset or event. The proposal aims to clarify that prediction markets operating on federally registered exchanges fall under the CFTC’s authority rather than individual state gambling regulators.
The distinction matters for platforms like Kalshi, which have faced legal challenges as they expand across the US. If adopted, the proposal could give federally regulated prediction markets greater legal certainty and make it harder for states to restrict their operations.
⚡️ The First To...
The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved Cboe Global Markets’ proposal to introduce contracts that let investors trade on specific company performance metrics rather than just share prices. @RobinhoodApp is expected to become the first retail brokerage to offer these products, covering more than 100 metrics across 23 companies. These include NVIDIA’s data-center revenue, Apple’s iPhone sales revenue, and Robinhood’s number of funded customers.
The contracts work as binary options, allowing traders to take positions on whether a company will meet a particular performance target. For Robinhood, this adds another product to its growing range of options, futures, and prediction markets, potentially creating a new source of trading revenue.
⚡️Prediction Markets 🤝 Stablecoins
@Underdog has partnered with crypto infrastructure provider @zerohashx to let users fund their prediction market and fantasy sports accounts using stablecoins and other digital assets. Announced at the NEXTPredict NYC Summit, the new feature is expected to launch later in 2026 for eligible users and will sit alongside existing payment options within the Underdog app.
The main benefit is speed. Unlike traditional bank transfers, which can face delays during evenings and weekends, stablecoin payments can be processed around the clock, allowing users to add funds to their accounts in near real time. Zerohash will handle the underlying crypto infrastructure, so users won’t need to manage complicated wallet addresses or blockchain networks themselves.
⚡️Kalshi on Phantom
Crypto wallet provider @Phantom is bringing Kalshi’s prediction markets directly into its app, allowing millions of US crypto users to trade on real-world events without leaving their wallets. The rollout began on October 23, and access will expand over the coming weeks. Users will need to complete identity verification through Kalshi and can fund trades using Phantom’s dollar-pegged CASH stablecoin.
Funds are converted into traditional currency for settlement, while winnings and withdrawals return to users’ Phantom Cash accounts. Trading fees are set at $0.02 per contract, plus a small network fee. The integration gives Kalshi access to Phantom’s existing crypto user base while making regulated prediction markets more accessible to people already familiar with digital assets.
At the same time,
⚡️Bitcoin-Backed Trades
@Kalshi is expanding its crypto offerings through a new partnership with digital asset custodian @BitGo, allowing eligible institutional clients to borrow against their cryptocurrency holdings to fund leveraged futures trades. Through Kalshi Prime, customers will be able to use Bitcoin, Ethereum, and selected stablecoins held at BitGo as collateral for loans, rather than selling their crypto to raise cash.
The borrowed funds can then be used to support margin positions on Kalshi’s trading platform, allowing investors to take larger positions with less upfront cash, although this also increases their exposure to potential losses. Kalshi plans to add more crypto custodians to the network in the coming months, giving clients greater flexibility in how they fund their trades. The partnership marks another step in Kalshi’s efforts to move beyond event-based prediction markets and compete in the broader derivatives trading industry.
And that’s it!

◆ @Predictive_Labs

◆ @otomato_xyz
Past 5,000 users since its apps launched in April, backed by a US$2m strategic investment from Improbable into developer Dyment Labs. $CINGF holds c.1.25% plus a token warrant.
◆ BeatingHeart
An applied generative AI platform for brand content, working towards a commercial launch in Q4 2026. Coinsilium is its strategic adviser and provides a convertible loan facility of up to US$250k.
Management says Predictive Labs, Otomato and Yellow give Coinsilium "exposure to information, execution and settlement capabilities relevant to the emerging agentic economy". Its advisory division, meanwhile, is aiming for "a recurring and scalable source of revenue".

🚀 YELLOW NETWORK, XRP & COINSILIUM – THINGS ARE GETTING INTERESTING! 💛
🇬🇧 $COIN.AQ | 🇺🇸 $CINGF
Yellow Network has been attracting serious attention over the last 48 hours, with its YELLOW token reportedly surging almost 200% in 24 hours, reaching approximately $0.146 at its peak today.
So what's behind the excitement? 👀
Yellow has highlighted plans to combine its high-speed, zero-gas trading infrastructure with settlement on the XRP Ledger (XRPL).
The idea is particularly interesting for the emerging AI economy.
Imagine autonomous AI agents negotiating, buying, selling and exchanging services without human intervention. They need a secure, efficient way to clear transactions and settle payments.
Yellow wants to provide that trust and clearing infrastructure, with XRP Ledger supporting final settlement.
And there's another interesting connection…
Ripple co-founder and executive chairman Chris Larsen was a major early backer of Yellow Network, providing $10 million in funding in 2024.
🔥 SO WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR COINSILIUM?
@CoinsiliumGroup has an allocation of 50 MILLION YELLOW tokens, subject to vesting arrangements.
At Yellow's reported $0.146 intraday peak, that represents a theoretical gross valuation of $7.3 MILLION!
That's not realised profit, but it demonstrates the potential significance of Coinsilium's early involvement.
And there's more to the relationship than simply holding tokens.
Coinsilium has previously confirmed discussions with Yellow about deeper collaboration, including supporting businesses developing on Yellow's SDK.
With Yellow increasingly positioning itself at the intersection of AI, blockchain, decentralised finance and automated settlement, those opportunities could become increasingly interesting.
The XRP Ledger publicity is an encouraging development, although a new formal partnership with Ripple Labs hasn't been confirmed.
THE BIGGER PICTURE 🌍
Coinsilium's exposure to Yellow, alongside projects such as Otomato and Predictive Labs, provides investors with an interesting combination of digital asset infrastructure, AI automation and emerging Web3 technologies.

Could the market be starting to recognise more of the value within Coinsilium's wider portfolio?
Time will tell. 👀
