Fantastic work led by @dtbergman analyzing 3,893 patients treated with Linac SRS for brain mets. OS plateaus from 5-20 lesions & salvage WBRT is rare. Data support an SRS-first strategy over fixed lesion limits! doi.org/10.1093/noajnl/vdag2… @MSKCancerCenter @MSK_RadOnc

Proud of work co-led by Emily Miao & Emily Wo uniting 11 centers for the largest cohort of tx-naive EGFR+ NSCLC brain mets. Genomic subtype drives CNS outcomes: L858R & atypical mutations benefit most from upfront SRS. sciencedirect.com/science/ar… @MSKCancerCenter @MSK_RadOnc

Thrilled about this joint initiative with the @AnthropicAI team!
We’re hiring for a few roles (eng, MD, partnerships) focused on these efforts. We look for extremely driven individuals that understand how transformative this tech can be and want to have an outsized, positive impact on the world.
Please reach out if you think you fit the profile for any of the aforementioned roles!
"Access to medical knowledge shouldn't depend on geography," said Daniel Nadler, founder and CEO of OpenEvidence.
That's why OpenEvidence and @AnthropicAI are bringing a specialized version of OpenEvidence, free, to clinicians in about 100 low- and middle-income countries, including Uganda, Angola, Sudan, Haiti, and Mongolia. More here: reuters.com/legal/litigation…

Our newest publication on proton hypofractionated spine radiotherapy for spinal metastases is in press in the @IJROBP. @DanHigginsonMD @SpineOncDoc @OriBarzilai.
tl;dr: Proton hypofractionated RT for spinal metastases looks feasible and effective (1 y local failure rate 10% in acohort where 81% of patients had prior overlapping RT). Coverage (CTV D95% biological effective dose) is associated with risk of local failure. Extra caution is warranted when a 3rd or 4th overlapping course is being done.

Today, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) and OpenEvidence announced a partnership to advance precision oncology. This partnership includes integration of OpenEvidence within MSK’s Epic workflow, and bringing OncoKB™, MSK's precision oncology knowledge base, directly into OpenEvidence for its broader use by physicians outside of @MSKCancerCenter.
“AI has the potential to fundamentally change how we translate an increasingly complex and rapidly expanding body of knowledge into better decisions for patients,” – Anaeze Offodile, M.D., Chief Strategy Officer at MSK.

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) and @OpenEvidence have partnered to bring cutting-edge AI and precision oncology expertise closer to the point of care. By integrating OpenEvidence into MSK's Epic workflow and embedding MSK's @OncoKB™ precision oncology knowledge base directly into OpenEvidence, clinicians can access trusted, evidence-based insights within their existing clinical workflows.
“We're excited that OpenEvidence will widen OncoKB's reach, bringing MSK's expert interpretation of a patient's unique cancer genetics to cancer care providers across the U.S. to help them make molecularly informed treatment decisions,” says Dr. Debyani Chakravarty (@CDebyaniPhD), a lead scientist for OncoKB at MSK.

It’s 2026, and millions of patients still carry CDs from appointment to appointment.
Diagnostic-quality images — like CTs, X-rays, and MRI — are stored outside of the EHR, and a limited use of open standards has traditionally held back sharing between health systems.
Care Everywhere uses open image-sharing standards, enabling clinicians to get the image they need to reach a diagnosis faster.
Now, it’s time for TEFCA to use the same standards so that health systems across the U.S can rapidly share diagnostic images.
