This is an outright lie from the Prime Minister, on national TV this morning. Brexit did not cause the small boats crisis. It started three years before we left. He knows it is a lie. We know that he knows it is a lie. He knows that we know it is a lie. He just doesn't care.
BREAKING: "I will never move ahead of the British public when it comes to Brexit." The PM has ruled out re-joining the EU within 'this parliament', but he would 'like' to see the UK return in his lifetime. trib.al/apj80h1 📺 Sky 501

Does @AngelaRayner realise how misleading this is? Even if not, good journalists should have figures at hand to correct her & other Govt. ministers trying to imply UK exports to the EU have gone down since Brexit. In fact total exports to the EU have increased since Brexit. …

Illegal traveller sites, change of use to a mosque, car wash, barbers, late night takeaway…. No, the real problem is kids playing with teddy bears….. 😡
For those of you who thought the visit from a Bedford Borough Council official to investigate our daughter Zoe’s (age 12) pretend teddy bear cafe was too ridiculous to be real, here is the arrival of official. This is totally legit. She really did show up at our property to investigate the illegal teddy bears having their coffee🧸🧸☕️☕️

In November 1984, 17-year-old Lisa McVey was riding her bike home after a double shift at a donut shop in Tampa, Florida. Out of nowhere, a man dragged her off the bike and forced her into his car. He blindfolded Lisa, pressed a gun to her head and drove to his apartment. For the next 26 hours, he raped and tortured her. The girl believed she was going to die. But she was determined that if she did, police would catch the man who killed her. So she paid attention to everything. She peeked under her blindfold whenever she could, counted the steps up to his apartment and pressed her fingerprints onto every surface she could reach in his bathroom. She also kept him talking and promised to be his girlfriend. She even made up a story that her father was seriously ill and depended on her. Slowly, it worked. After 26 hours, he drove her back toward her grandmother's house and apologized. Then he told her “Tell your father he's the reason why I didn't kill you." Every detail she had memorized, from his car to his apartment to the ATM he had stopped at, led police straight to him. His name was Bobby Joe Long. That year, he killed at least 10 women in the Tampa area. He was arrested on November 16, 1984, and later sentenced to death. Years later, Lisa joined the same sheriff's office that caught him and became a deputy who helps survivors of sexual violence. In 2019, when Long was executed, she sat in the front row.

FYI, talking about Brexit yesterday, Angela Rayner claimed that... “The evidence is really clear in terms of 20% down in exports to the EU, 16,000 businesses no longer exporting to the EU, it has been the red tape on the EU deal we got, has been damaging to the economy”. But if this is indeed the evidence, it really is not clear! Let's unpick it... 🧵

Andy Burnham wants to reopen the debate on EU free movement. Meanwhile, Britain has 981,000 young people not in employment, education or training. Nearly ONE MILLION young people. Shouldn't we be focusing on getting them into work, improving skills and creating opportunities before looking abroad for more workers? Our young people deserve a chance.

Andy Burnham will require loyalty from ministers if he pushes ahead with plans for a return to free movement and rejoining EU amid cabinet splits The prime minister is expected to include his Brexit plan in Labour's manifesto, meaning ministers will have to back the plans even if they have concerns One senior government source said the issue was likely to be the subject of a motion at the next Labour conference, which meant the party was more likely to support rejoining the EU Ministers will also be bound by collective responsibility once the options for closer alignment with the EU have been announced on November 20, meaning that they cannot publicly express a view thetimes.com/uk/politics/art…

Whether you are happy or not that the Prime Minister is opening up the Brexit debate again, there are two things we know for certain. 1. He lied about not opening up the Brexit debate again. 2. He wouldn't be the PM right now, if he hadn't lied about it.

Former Chaffee (parliament) Oromia official allegedly coordinated with militia members Abdella Aman, also known as Abdella Micro, a former member of Caffee Oromia (Oromia Regional Council), who was accused of orchestrating the massacre of Orthodox Christians, was reportedly hosting and holding discussions with Repelola militia members alongside individuals known for their extremist views. 4. 🚨 Oromia Region forces and former Oromia parliament official implicated in planning of massacre of Orthodox Christians in Shirka Woreda, Arsi Zone New accounts emerging following the October 24th, 2026, massacre of more than 47 Ethiopian Orthodox Christians in Shirka Woreda, Arsi Zone, Oromia Region, have raised allegations of advance coordination involving Oromia Region Repelola militia members, a former regional official and armed Islamist extremists. According to local accounts, a commander of the Oromia Region Repelola militia contacted zonal authorities before the massacre, claiming that no OLA militants were operating in Shirka and instead identifying the local Orthodox Christian population as “Orthodox Fano.” The commander reportedly requested additional forces to carry out what he described as strong measures against them. The accounts also identified Abdella Aman, also known as Abdella Micro, a former member of Caffee Oromia parliament, as allegedly involved in coordinating with Repelola militia members and individuals described as religious extremists. He was reportedly seen hosting meetings and providing hospitality to militia members ahead of the attacks. Additional accounts described supplies being transported to Birbo and Chole, while Islamic religious teachers in a mosque in Gobessa Town allegedly delivered speeches on Friday suggesting that an attack was being planned. The allegations emerged following the October 24th killings in Chole and Sole Digelu, where church officials reported that more than 47 Orthodox Christians were killed, at least 18 others were hospitalized, and victims were buried at St. Raphael and St. Michael churches. Church leaders stated that they had repeatedly warned authorities about armed groups entering the area but received no effective response.
