People are legit so emotional and retarded about airbnb.
As if any decent business in a fiat economy doesn't use "debt".
As a successful Airbnb owner, here's the biggest thing that people don't understand about the cleaning fee:
Its primary purpose is to make short (one night) stays more expensive.
It's the only way to achieve that pricing result. Two night minimums hurt business.
It's clear that the global architectural record pre-1900 is fake.
If that can be faked, and clearly it has, then just imagine what else is fake.
Everything about this fiat world has been corrupted to fuck you, and given a backstory to make you think it's normal.
EXAMPLE: MARRIAGE.
As a successful AirBNB owner, I chuckle at people who compare AirBNBs to hotel rooms.
A 3 bedroom 2 bath hotel room is going to cost you $1000+++/night, if you can even find one.
And it's maybe a little easier and cheaper to clean a normal hotel room rather than a house...
I have a successful Airbnb.
Number one guest request is early check in.
The longer it takes to clean because the previous guest was a slob, the later we hand over to the new guest.
